I very much agree. Especially loved the way he handled the Browns' last drive of the first half, knowing Cleveland gets the ball back after halftime. Managed the clock in a way that allowed the Bengals to go down and tack on 3 more points just before the half ended.

One more offseason of investing resources into building up that O Line, and this team could become very dangerous very quickly.

Amen bro. I was really impressed with Cleveland. Too many people over reacted to their loss Sunday. Baltimore ain't no joke and they seem to have Cleveland's number. To declare the season a lost season after one game was crazy.

And hell yeah Joe Burrow was darn good for a rookie. If he can keep this up then Cinn made the right choice for them (although Chase Young is a darn monster).

But I'm not getting excited by my Redskin's performance just yet (I mean my "WFT"). It's a long season so....

I am. I don't think the elusive Kyler will be an easy opponent like Carson Wentz was, but that Washington defensive line can dole out some capital punishment. Baker will undoubtedly face far more duress in Week 3 than he did against Cincinnati. This is an exciting team and provided Haskins keeps progressing, it might go far. Let's take a look at the upcoming schedule before the bye: Cardinals, Browns, Ravens, Rams, Giants and Cowboys. Cardinals and Ravens obviously have mobile quarterbacks that can nullify a good portion of what Chase Young, Montez Sweat, Jonathan Allen and Daron Payne are cooking up - but Rams, Browns, Giants? That line will be getting through often enough to truly rattle those quarterbacks. The Giants especially still have major issues with their offensive line, so I wouldn't be surprised to see Washington living in their opponent's backfield for four quarters straight.

We are looking at a potential four gutsy wins and two losses before the Cowboys game. I don't know what Dallas seems to be doing, but that roster isn't living up to its potential thus far. The game might as well be a coin flip, but it would be especially spicy to see the Football Team enter their bye with a gleaming (5-2) record, sitting comfortably atop the NFC East.

Ultimately, I think Washington will go as far as Haskins will take them this year, but what I'm trying to say is that their defense, under Riverboat Ron, will keep them in just about every game.

Ok so the injury list is getting a bit ridiculous so far 6 players out of the game & it’s only half time.

In more uplifting news the 49ers convert a 3 & 31 with a run play :D. Although it is against the Jets but still that’s impressive most impressive.

I don't know what the hell my team is supposed to be this year. A great dominant game in all facets, but I can’t go without saying that 2 weeks in Hilton is really starting to worry me. He’s had some of the surest hands in the league his whole career and this is 2 straight games now with AWFUL drops. Hopefully he gets it together soon but man that defense has me hyped!
The Jets are so bad. So so very bad. I don't know how Christopher Johnson still has faith in Gase.

In other news, the Falcons honor their SB 51 legacy by blowing a 20-0 lead and a 39-24 lead with a 99% win probability in the final 4 minutes of the game after leading the game for all 4 quarters. That was a biblical choke job even by Atlanta's lofty standards of choking.

Guess this explains why Lynn was so adamant about starting Tyrod over Herbert. He doesn't want Taylor to sue they ass.

Minshew Mania is here to stay. I am so glad that I bought the tickets as early as last year's preseason game, it's been quite the ride.

This is the 2nd time this thread you hyped up a team Al and they proceeded to have a total meltdown!
Please don't say anything good about Trubisky or the Bears. You bring some bad mojo.

Now you guys all know how much I love rankings here. Someone on Reddit completed a survey that asked fans of all the teams to pick who was gonna be the division winner. It doesn't really tell you how good teams are but i think it's interesting to see who's got the most confident fans.

And... uhhh as you can see it's us.
We're the biggest homers, somehow even bigger than @teline and all Da Bears superfans.

Do Atalanta actually have any defensive players or a coordinator or do they just round up a bunch of fans before the game & send them on to the field because damm they just can’t see me keep a lead this season.

Believe it or not, their head coach is supposed to be the defensive mind behind the operation. He started his career in football as a defensive line coach, progressing from college into the NFL by taking a job in San Francisco.

I think it's safe to say that Dan Quinn has lost all the goodwill he earned during their 2016 season. Hell, most Falcons fans were calling for Quinn's head as early as last year - and rightfully so. The team is just mentally weak, it needs a new head coach to right the ship before the sun sets on the careers of Julio Jones and Matt Ryan.

We (Giants) essentially played a practice squad and still got blown out. To think I thought this team would actually be able to kinda sorta compete in the dreadful NFC East. At this rate we're not even gonna sniff 2 wins.

But somehow... I think we're better than the Jets?

Lamar Jackson has never thrown an interception or lost a game during prime time. Patrick Mahomes has never thrown an interception or lost a game in September.

Tonight, these two quarterbacks collide in a match that may well decide which team gets to claim the first seed in the American Football Conference. The Ravens are trotting out the blacks for the game. Baltimore's record in their alternate uniforms is 23-8, with a 15-5 record in the all-blacks. I hope we don't embarrass ourselves, it would be lovely for Lamar to finally get his first win over the Chiefs.
I thought you folks looked promising against the Steelers in Week 1. After Saquon's injury, the wheels started coming off proper. I wouldn't be worried - this is still a team that's rebuilding. I'm not sure what to think of Daniel Jones (or Dwayne Haskins for that matter), but he really needs to solve his turnover issues this season or his tenure as an NFL starter is going to be dreadfully short.

But yeah, as terrible as your season might go, you're all just pretenders for the #1 overall pick. The Jets are the only real contender.

When the Steelers dropped the kickoff to start the game and the Giants could only manage a field goal out of it, even though it was points it instantly gave me a bad feeling about the season. Turns out it was right.

So... Trubisky got benched and it's a rough morning for Ravens fans...

We have a better win loss record than Baltimore right now but I can't help but shake off this feeling that we're the worst 3-0 team in the league by far.

But we *ARE* 3-0. And that's good.

Looks like Chase Young can't chase young Lamar Jackson this Sunday, and while I'm bummed about the groin strain, I can't help but breathe a sigh of relief that Baltimore's shaky offensive line will now face a significantly diminished challenge this week.
