    My main tip for charcuterie is to pick what you love, and pick quality/sturdy crackers. I hate when my crackers break lol

    Last time I used some garlic bagel chips and they turned out pretty good- but that's good to know, I feel like between meat, cheese, and other goodies, crackers are probably where my game's weakest. I just don't know them very well.

    I always go for something with garlic or rosemary. I find both pair well with different types of cheeses!

    Can do, I've already been kicking myself for not taking a pic of my New Years spread before it was set upon.

    It might be a while before I get anything since I'm currently on a really strict diet, but I'm looking forward to some charcuterie goodness this summer.
