    That is a piece of my local Supermarkets Christmas Cake ( It’s a rich Fruit Cake with Marzipan then topped off with some soft icing)

    Ok so today’s cappuccino was made with their VENEZIA blend which is certainly isn’t a strong but maybe bit better balanced then the NAPOLI blend.

    So today’s Cappuccino was made using their single estate Columbine Coffee. Which was much stronger then I was expecting as it only a strength 7 out of 13 ( The Napoli is the 13.) It still packs that coffee kick even in a Cappuccino (Which as that how I have all my coffee is what I look for in my coffee choice).

    So today’s Cappuccino used their Indian Monsoon Robusta & Arabica blend it’s certainly strong with a really good smell & that coffee kick I would say this is currently my third favourite out of the range that I have tried so far.

    San Francisco Bay French Roast whole bean.
    Dark.
    Kettle water.
    Hand pour.
    Black.
    3 tablespoons (38.3 grams) ground coffee.
    2/3rds of 12-16 oz cup filled with coffee. 1/3 hot water.
    Pinch of salt.
    Stir.

    Holiday Special:
    Make the above coffee.
    Drink the made coffee.
    Leave last sip in cup.
    Fill cup with eggnog.
    (Add nutmeg/cinnamon if you like)
    Stir.

    The light amount of dark black coffee gives a dark nutty flavor to the eggnog.

    Today’s Cappuccino was made using Nespresso Ristretto Italiano blend ( it doesn’t say what beans are in this but it’s good & strong so probably it’s all Arabica).
