    Since this would just be buried unlike the Pastebin One, I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread of its own. BE WARNED. POTENTIAL SPOILERS.

    Pastebin was fake and now two users on the other sub are lying through their teeth using it as a reference. I won't do an AMA but I will spoil the plot points not yet revealed anywhere.

    Last chance. Major major spoilers ahead.

    1. Luke is the one that gave Kylo Ren Darth Vader's helmet. There is no "conflict" in Kylo, the kid was born evil. Leia and Han sent him to Luke because they knew it. Luke explains how Vader was redeemed before death and instead of seeing this as noble Kylo views it as a weakness that stood in the way of his grandfather becoming the most powerful being in the Galaxy. All of this is revealed in the flashback at Maz's. There is no mystery why Kylo turns.

    2. Rey does NOT defeat Kylo. In fact she would not have survived the encounter if it hadn't been for the most guarded part of the film...

    3. Ok. So Kylo stops lasers in Act One. Kylo was trained by Luke. Stands to reason the master would do something that outshines that. And he does. Luke saves the day, but he is not the same Luke we all fell in love with. He's changed. He's brought out of seclusion by Han's death and the pain his sister feels because of it. He. Stands on a precipice and brings down both fleets with the force. He looks disheveled and worn out.

    4. Starkiller base is NOT destroyed. The First Order wins.

    5. It is for this reason alone Luke agrees to train Rey.
    So take from that what you will. I just thought that since it is so different from the Pastebin one, it should be in its own thread.

    The other guys such as barrygibbfan and the phillipino guy at least offered evidence that they saw the movie and answered questions. This guy is offering nothing.

    Because this actually seems like a better story and better ending. Also, Until we have actuall proof from a critic, everything is up in the air. And there are multiple people claming that Pastebin was false. (Which I hope)

    Not being rude or anything, just posting this out there as a possible.

    If these people still trying to sell us on Luke having a larger part in the movie are indeed trolling, which I am almost certain they are, I wish they would just stop. I need time to adjust to the idea that Luke doesn't have a single speaking line in this film, and I can't do it while these trolls are giving false hope. I want to get past the sadness so I can just enjoy the movie.

    EDIT: I am not referring to others like me who are still hoping/speculating... I am referring to people who claim to have seen the movie and are stating these things as fact.

    Same here. And it's in tune with early leaks while not necessarily contradicting the "Luke has no lines"-claims so I believe it could be true. In that case it's pretty much what I wanted this movie to be.

    But then the problem you have is simple. he put his reddit id on the pass before taking the picture which means he can't have just taken it from the net like you did. There is also the magic of tineye reverse image search that shows everwhere the image hs been posted and where its first posting place was. There are also other problems for you to explain such as how the pastebin leak is corroborated by people who saw the movie and confirmed the first line. There is also a picture that @DamionGraff posted of the opening crawl which also corroborates them.

    I couldn't agree more! Many of us need closure on the Luke issue... and if we have it before seeing the movie, then we can let go and enjoy the movie for what it is, rather than for what it isn't. Afterall, the first age stage of grief is "acceptance"

    It isn't. Barrygibbfan has been a reddit member long before that post. Check yourself. He put his reddit id on the pass before taking the picture and posting it which means he had to physically have the pass. Highly unlikely that he could steal or fake one straight after the movie. Notice that his pass is a match for others on the net but his has his id. Therefore the most likely conclusion is, it's real, it's his, he saw the movie. Occams razor.
