    image.jpg I'm going to list this as speculation but it may be considered a spoiler/speculation if some people are not familiar with this rumor, so be aware!

    I believe that Kylo Ren and Rey will have a lightsaber battle at some point after KR and Finn fight. I draw my conclusions from

    A • this concept art that has long circulated the internet. I have always thought that the implications of this picture means that Rey will pick up the saber and fight Kylo Ren in the woods. Maybe Finn gets so badly hurt that she has no other choice than to fight Kylo to protect herself and the injured Finn as well.

    B • the Disney Infinity trailer, as most of us have seen, has a particular scene in where you can make out Rey's hand and belt behind Kylo Ren. She is indeed holding the Hero's lightsaber if it really is her fighting KR.

    C • Harrison Ford's tweet when he was doing a Star Wars Q&A a couple weeks ago slipping out, "The sword fight with Rey and Kilo Ren. Fantastic visual storytelling." When asked is favorite scene from TFA. What bothered me though was how he spelled Kylo Ren's name with the letter, "I," instead of the correct way. Is this Harrison Ford just being sarcastic and basically naming fake characters and a fake scene to throw off people, or is it a legitimate typo? I'm more in favor of typo seeing as how all the other evidence, points towards Rey fighting Kylo

    D • The new action figure of Rey with the Hero's lightsaber. That I've is pretty self explanatory. I will not post that photo because of copyright infringement issues that some websites are seeming to have with it.

    So in conclusion, I am pretty much convinced Kylo Ren and Rey will have a duel by the end of the movie. My question is, what do you guys think will be the outcome? How long do you think battle will last? Will this result push Rey to finally, "Just let it in" and resolve towards learning the ways of The Force through the tutelage of Luke Skywalker?

    I am aware of plot rumors that say Chewie saves the day and picks up Rey and Finn from the site if the lightsaber battle, what I'm asking is more like what will the outcome effect pertaining to how Rey will continue on in the trilogy?

    I would find it incredibly silly if Rey was able to even come to a draw with a trained and powerful dark side user. Would be absolutely terrible story telling on Disney's part.

    Well, Kylo has been said to not be fully formed in the arts of the Dark side and may not be as powerful as we think but it's surely factual that he has a massive amount of training that Rey has never had. I believe it is a draw for the sheer fact that the battle is cut short and not actually completely finished. I bet that Rey comes very close to defeat and/or death but is saved at the last minute. Either way the battle has to have a huge impact on her and her deacons going forward from that point.

    It's all fun speculation at this point, but...

    I think we'll get a twist on the Anakin/Obi-wan vs Dooku duel from AOTC.

    They will be booking it through the forrest, and run smack into Kylo. Finn will tell Rey to hide or get down or whatever, and he will step up.

    It'll be very similar to Obi vs Dooku, where they clash for a minute or so, but you see Finn losing ground and then he gets whacked in the arm.

    Whether or not Rey uses the Force to get the saber (I highly think so...it's a surprise/reveal for the film that she lets the force in and uses it) or Finn chucks it to her with his good hand...she steps in to fight.

    Like Anakin vs Dooku in AOTC, she does better and is stronger than Kylo expected. (if you read the AOTC novel, Dooku could sense Anakin's raw power and was being pushed back and having to work hard to regain his advantage)

    But, Kylo will start to come back to beat her, only to be shot at by the Falcon and get knocked offscreen and into Episode 8.

    You have quite the imagination! Very interesting details. I have to say in too sure about Finn losing his arm, I have thought about the inevitable limb dismemberment in the new trilogy and I have a feeling it might not happen until episode 8 but who knows. And that would be a great plot twist if Rey summoned the lightsaber with The Force, but then that brings into question how she would be able to harness the power if The force without any training whatsoever. I highly doubt that Maz has any time to give her tips on how to use The Force before the First order starts reeking havoc on the castle and captures Rey. So that's out of the question and the only other way she would have learned anything about how to use The Force is from Luke at his academy before it was attacked and IF she was even ever there. The last possibility is that she just reaches for it and unknowingly uses The Force, which by doing so she discovers that she really does have the ability within her to be a weirder of The Force therefore being the final piece she needed to fully commit to accepting her place in the universe and her heritage as a jedi. I think you have some good points and maybe you are 100% correct, we shall see soon!

    What will happen is Finn will fight Kylo, lose, and give the saber to Rey,

    Rey fights Kylo, loses, and gives the saber to Han, who will realize that the force was calling to him all along.

    All those years of cutting up tauntauns will finally pay off.
