As you can see in the Star Wars movies there seams to be a kind of religion behind it all. All about the forse controlling everything and that you must find you iner power.
I'm a Star Wars fan but I certainly don't believe in that. I'm wondering if most Star Wars fans do?

    P.s. I don't have many near me.

I don't think it's typical for fandoms to sincerely believe in the sort of mythology of a fictional universe applying to the one we live in - you don't see a lot of Whovians believe that the Doctor has been actively changing the course of history, for instance, nor do you see DC fans trying to harness the power of the Speed Force.

    Star Wars
is a little bit different in the sense that the idea of the Force is heavily based upon existing religious concepts, ranging from those of Eastern religions such as Buddhism, Taoism, and Shinto (which gained traction in America around the time A New Hope was being made) to an in-universe history that is reminiscent of the struggles present within Zoroastrian, Jewish, Christian, and Muslim scripture. I don't see most of the fans who take part in the above religious organizations actually seeing the Force as something they can use (key word being most, since there are some out-there fans every now and then) so much as a guideline on how live within a greater environment.

I don't really know much about the organizations I've listed other than that they exist. With regards to other fanbases, I know there's been some interesting Star Trek moments with weddings and jurors and such.

With regards to the level of belief in Jediism, I suppose it comes back to what it would take for something like a Jedi to exist in the real world.

The philosophy of the Jedi, of the light and dark sides, and their stance on anger, fear, emotion, can certainly be adopted by anyone.

The physical aspects of the Jedi, seem to include a variety of combined martial arts including fencing and Kendo, gymnastics, and now parkour apparently. It also includes meditation. All of these things exist in the real world so those too could be adopted by anyone.

The rest gets a bit trickier.

The metaphysical aspects of the Jedi center around the Force, which is probably most similar with the Chinese concept of Chi, an energy force which can be harnessed and used for a variety of purposes. There are those who believe that chi is a real "force" in the world.

The other metaphysical aspects are a bit more elusive. Telepathy, telekinesis, prognostication; things that might be considered a 6th sense or a psychic power. Whether or not these things are or will be possible either naturally, through eventual evolution of the human species, through genetic manipulation of the human species, or through cybernetics and/or nano-technology is up for debate.

The technological aspects of the Jedi include light sabers. I suppose for now they could carry around swords if they really wanted until lightsaber technology is developed. Right now the closest thing to it IMO is the plasma cutter.
