We had our Battle of the Scores this week and this one was all about the 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' score by Michael Giacchino and the 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' score by John Williams. Both have personal pros and cons in our books, but what do you think? Are you a fan of the more original themes of the Giacchino score or all about those John Williams nostalgia feels? Tell us who you thought won and leave your thoughts on this Star Wars War and any other topics in the comments below.

This week we reacted to an animation created by Tim Gray where he took a piece of concept art from 'The Art of Star Wars: The Force Awakens' and brought it to life. Even though there is probably no way this could possibly be canon given the events of the Battle of Jakku in 5 ABY, it is still very cool to see what could have possibly been the vision of JJ Abrams in the opening of the film.

Everything that wasn't "Star Wars War" Was alright.
But, just to me, One person,
'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' score by Michael Giacchino and the 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' score by John Williams'
    Which is Better !?!?!
    Neither One Nor the Other.
Like askin' me to choose which of my three girls I Like Above the others.
    They're Each Their Own.
    Same With Star Wars Soundtracks.
    To Me.

....this's gonna be Long ...Oh Gawd ...
Well ya asked "but what do you think?" @John Hoey Ya asked ? Right ? (CC: @Ganon136 @Bill Sheehy @James Baney )
(it's recorded on audio, I heard ya)
I ... I really Do NOT wanna use the word 'Hate' ... but it's Rilly Close to it.

I did NOT Like It. My opinion dont' count.

A few valid points were made.
    Sure.
    But, to me ??
Three of Four folks were yer "opinion" ( @John Hoey - As mod yer clear ). And nothin' but.
Not once ever in listenin' to previous episodes I Disagree with Any of ya.

Now, I am a 'Home Made' Musician.
    I Get music.
Got 30+ years experience with it.
    SW and More.
(All four of Ya are younger than I am. Meybe younger Star Wars Brothers to me, Ya are)
My Daughters Are Musicians and Understand music WAAAAY Better Than I Do, and They Do Listen To Star Wars music.
And we geek out about This Very Topic,Together.

This was by far the hardest for me in this episode to pick a side. I like each individual score for different reasons. That's why I didn't hammer too hard on James because I empathize with all the scores. I think if you asked any member of the cast, we can all agree there are certain tracks we like from every Star Wars score. We each may like certain scores more than others, but THIS one was definitely a tough choice which is why I think you may have felt a little let down by this battle. It wasn't like a definitive straight forward battle like the past ones. We will definitely work on going a little deeper and improving as we go along. We have several ideas in mind for future content, so no worries if one week there is a topic that may not tickle your fancy. There will be plenty of content around the Star Wars spectrum that touches on a lot of different things.
