SPECULATION The Return of Bounty Hunters

I dunno, there's talk of Phasma playing that sort of Boba Fett role, I reckon that she'll be hunting down Finn, but maybe, just maybe you'll see her compete with Bazine Natal who is employed by Kylo Ren. I would say Hux has a dim view of bounty hunters ("we don't need their kind of scum").

I previously posted that Benicio Del Toro might be perfect in a role like Poe Dameron's father, but what about him as.....



When young Boba was introduced in AOTC, that would be roughly 50-ish years before TFA, and he must've been around 7 or so?? Del Toro could easily pass for a guy in his mid to late 50's, and there's always makeup. And also, consider the Latin complexion of both Del Toro and Jango & Boba Fett.

This could very well work. He's been described as being a villain of sorts, but not necessarily THE villain, which we don't need another one anyway. Just some food for thought.

 

Very cool idea but disney already has an outline for a Fett movie some years down the line so i doubtit. Then again it would be the perfect way to introduce Fett to the kidees that are starting 789 as we did 456.

Imo you dont hire a superstar loke Benicio and then hide his face for a good portion of his time on screen. But still very cool idea.

 

I don't think we need bounty hunters, we have the Knights of Ren. Unless Bounty Hunters are used in concert with them...or (a twist) the Resistance hires them to get Kylo and/or Snoke??

 

The clone army was started roughly around the time of TPM and Boba is an UNALTERED clone, so he'd be 10 by AOTC, 13 by ROTS, 32 by ANH, roughly 35 by ESB, roughly 37-39 by ROTJ, and pushing 70 by TFA, NOW, BDT looks MAYBE 53 TOPS .

 

Makeup. It could be a good role for him, though.

 

Del Toro will obviously play some sort of Jedi artifact expert/collector in the next movie. His casting is all about Disney's religious need and obsession to have mythological synchronicity within all their acquired properties,even on a subtle and suggestive level.Basically telegraphing that all properties are owned by them or they are presenting you one big archetypal story of all ages.

 

If we were to see Bounty Hunters then I would really like to see some old favorites in action instead of just seeing a bunch of new ones. It would be so cool to see guys like Bossk, Zuckuss, IG88 and 4-LOM in action and to me it would be extremly awesome to see C-21 Highsinger, Durge or Embo in a SW movie.

 

Boba Fett would eventually made is way into this trilogy (is a merchandise favorite and Disney don't mess around in that area)

But i really would like to see "Bossk" or "IG-88", not forgetting "4-LOM" but that would be a harsh self criticism by Disney part (4 LOM - For the Love of Money)
