    Oh sure, in retrospect, I salivate and fully enjoy those scenes now. But the first time? I probably watched with my jaw slightly opened without any probable blinking. I guess I'm truly just hoping they try and recapture that tone.

    That cut will probably never see the light of day I'm afraid, as it's on the cutting room floor. Ben Mendelhson said that there is a totally different version to this film. Oh well.

    how about screening the whole movie to me? if I dislike the ending (especially regarding Luke) he has time for reshoots. :rolleyes:

    As far as I know newest SW films don't have test screenings (at least in front of standard audience members.)

    If I remember correctly the first TFA teaser on Black Friday was because of JJ wanting to release something. It was not initially in the marketing plans.

    Is RJ known for "changing established things?"

    As an example lets say RJ was put in charge of MLB (Baseball) & he decides to shorten the game from 9 innings to 7?

    Because the name of the movie dosent follow AOTC or TESB & no time skip. I fear a certain young women won't be related to a certain Jedi.

    The only project which contained Rian's input and wasn't his original idea was "Breaking Bad" and couple of episodes that he directed. The only thing that I know about them (I've never seen BB) is that the episodes he directed are widely considered as the best ones. Here's a video on one of them (with spoilers) that gives you some insight into Johnson's directing style.

    Can I just say that his Twitter/Tumblr/Instagram post with the stormtroopers was incredibly smart: a tease of what is to come, and also a great deal of fan service (the minor tweaks to the helmet mirroring the tweaks from IV to V).

    This film's going to be great, I can sense it.
