It was sent to all the peoples of the WGA yesterday and made it's way online.
Guess it will be our last 2015 present ! I won't tell you how I got it tho, I'm not from the WGA, that's all I can say.
Reading it now, it's the real deal !

EDIT : Remember this is a studio copy, it is not the script that they used on set, that's probably why there are not a lot of differences etc... Same thing happen to many movie, the studio usually don't release the FULL SCRIPT, they edit them, and they send a copy that looks like the final cut of the movie. Don't expect deleted scenes etc... This is just a little goodies for y'all, I was not going to share it at first !

There's a pretty interesting line in there about "a mother's embrace". I wonder if it's the definitive answer to TFA's biggest mystery.

What's the line about a mother's embrace? I'm not reading the whole thing.

"A mother's embrace" can mean kindness, it's not supposed to be literal. At the same time the script says "a mother's embrace", it also says that's the first time Rey has ever seen Leia. Here is the excerpt:

If anything, I'm even more convinced Rey is not a Skywalker/Solo after reading the script (not that I would expect the script to contain spoilers anyway, I'm sure they cleared all that up before sending it for consideration). Here is the part where Rey meets Luke:

I enjoyed the parts where Kylo is said to have been "weakened" and shocked after killing Han, even before he is shot by Chewie, and where Kylo is said to be "impressed" by Finn's ability with the lightsaber. I also noticed the line when Finn turns back from the transporter on Takodana after hearing the "sound from the sky", whatever that means

Are we sure this script is not fake ? The lines seem to match the movie with minor differences only. For example, Obi-Wan's line ("REy, these are your first steps") apparently is not on the script.

As a screenplay written by two very experienced writers, this does not read well at all?! Can it be a fake? I can't believe someone would actually waste their time writing their own version of the script to post online, but it seems very crudely written. You compare it with the Star Trek 2009 screenplay or The Dark Knight and you'll see what I mean.

Maybe there's someone who knows this - why is the script written in such strange way? Some parts with capital letters, some in normal way?

So Ahch-To is the name of the planet? Hm, weird. Can anyone help with pronunciation, is it like Ock-2 or Ock-toe? Or maybe neither.

Some really cool details in the script.

The description of the scene where Finn watches the Starkiller makes how they filmed it even more confusing. In the script Finn hears a sound from the skies and that makes him turn. That would be a totally sensible way to show it. Like somehow they decided to add screams that no one close to him reacts to and it's just kinda a weird choice I don't get.

    Its normal screenwriting.
Words are capitalised to structure the rythm of the narrative beats.
Think of it like comic book writing.

Well there is a lot of speculation. But here is a hint. Obi-wan "It's as if a millions voices screamed out in terror. Then silenced." The screams Finn hears, are nearly identical to the screams we hear in the next shot on Hosnian Prime as they are witnessing the SK's beam approaching the atmosphere.
