The truth about Snoke (Attention: TLJ Spoilers)

Nah, Kylo killed him this time. He tricked Palpatine into thinking he was dead but he’s a goner now. He was banging on about Kylo becoming a new Vader (his creation) and everything else about Snoke has always smacked of Plagueis. It’ll be revealed in Episode 9 and take little exposition.

I always said that this trilogy will see the end of the Skywalker’s and their creator. Everything is going as I had foreseen.

Rey Random just tips things off! She’ll defeat Kylo in episode 9 and Leia will die. Rey will rebuild the Jedi Order.

This would make a lot of sense. So to make clear where you stand (not that it matters where anyone "stands"), you think Snoke is Plagueis, only faked his death at the hands of Sidious, but now his arrogance got the better of him and he is really dead?

 

I reckon it's a possibility. Snoke died too easily. The place the visual dic describes where snoke is to be from seems to be where the resistance is going for help. Either the outer rim or the unknown regions.

 

Exactly. Now the final episode is all about taking down Kylo Ren and ending the Skywalker bloodline.

 

Plagueis makes only sense if he is still alive to tell us. Because there is otherwise no one left who would know it.

If this turns out to be true in IX then it will somewhat save TLJ for me. The way Snoke died was just pure bs.

 

Sometimes i almost think Disney is planting these theories to create an interest in the last movie. An interest that is probably unwarranted btw.

 

It was a epic scene. A end to this mysterious character.

Agreed it was. I just didn't see this coming. To me he was being served up for Episode 9.

 

This is an important question!! Can someone expand on this please? How do Rey and Kylo connect over ForceSkype again at the end of the film? Either Snoke is indeed still alive, or Rey and Kylo have learned to connect to each other without the influence of Snoke. Maybe @BobRoss's theory is correct.

 

I took it as Snoke created the link and that it remained after his death. There isn't a reason why, if he were still alive, he'd be keeping that link going.

The more I think about it the more it makes sense. Snoke wanted to complete Ren's training - maybe part of this training was checking if he had the guts to kill him.

 

So, when Snoke comes back after being cut in half, will his spider legs be gold? Or will they be bare metal like Maul's?

 

He won't have spider legs. But instead a giant metal contraption, and he will announce his new name as "mecha Snoke", the nickel plated wonder!".
