There was some tasty (and I thought plausible) stuff in there. The same stuff was previously posted in here, but the old thread has been deleted (by accident).

Also what happened to the guy who turned up the other evening claiming to have an early copy of the call sheet (the same one that Jason has at MSW)? I've lost track of who it was as the thread is now gone, but Viral Hide seemed to vouch for his authenticity after some one questioned his claim about the 'White Vans'.

Not trying to beat my own drum...but I took a lashing about a month ago when I suggested the trilogy possibly was about Rey, her "Bastila-like" turn to the darkside and redemption, and not Kylo Ren, who would be determined to be weaker and disposable. I still believe, from what little we have seen of Driver's character, that he is a weak wannabe, is used by the Master Sith Lord, and will be killed off. IF these rumors are accurate, this is an awesome story line and I look so forward to a female Sith!

 

I want this story so bad.

The story has the potential to be amazing with Rey turning. Plus it would give Finn time to shine, and we could see the redemption of Rey through the love of family and Finn.

Seriously, this is so cool.

I know its probably not the true story.. but still, Such a cool idea.

 

I'm having an awesome vision of a scene involving Finn almost in tears begging an evil Rey to come back with him and return to the light side of the force...

 

I like Kylo's design a whole lot and I adore Adam Driver as an actor. For him to play a weak wannabe new villain who easily gets killed off gives me horrible Maul nightmares.

I prefer if this didn't happen to me, again. I would like an awesome villain who won't be pushed aside and destroyed while being hyped so much.

I was the one who made that statement and was called out, rightly so, for stating something with certainty that is not certain. However I still argue that the fact that that image was a paint-over of a photograph of Adam Driver makes a *very* strong case. The whole reason to do a paint-over like that is to match body shape, size, etc in the concept art. So why use one of your actors if it's not them playing that character?

Everything about this sounds incredible, especially that final paragraph.

 

the final trailer will probably just be a reworked version of the first full trailer, so if they want to do that sort of retro take, i think it will look great.

Not really buying into the online website stuff. If it is true, I think it will be really basic and the info will be pretty bland because the books will have all the juicy info.

 

I took part in the ARG (alternate reality game) for Star Trek 2009. Obviously JJ was involved with that film, and the setup for the ARG was quite amazing. So I can buy into what that guy on reddit is saying.
