    I saw The Room yesterday. I do not believe that Tommy Wiseau is an actual human being. His script for the film sounds like it was written by a person that has observed other humans, but doesn't fully understand the basics of interpersonal communication. I have truly never seen something this incompetent.

    Also BTS stuff on this film is truly incredible. The film was made for $6 million and no one knows how Tonny got all this money, the belly button sex, green-screen rooftop (which he used despite owning a magazine with a similarly great view on San Francisco,) that disastrous built-in-studio street scenography, the fact that he shot the film simultaneously on two cameras standing next to each other (one using film, one digital...) It's just so dense with weirdness.

    like you said, there's something unearthly about the weirdness of it.
    but frankly, i've met some Tommy Wiseaus in real life/online.
    the disconnect from reality in spite of being fully human is an interesting phenomena ~ hahahaha

    I'm hostile to the original trilogy from the perspective of the classic status of the original trilogy; the movies have superficial charm, but they don't compare to actual great films - like Nocturnal Animals, Alien Covenant, My Cousin Rachel, RoboCop 3, Blade Runner, Mighty Ducks 3 and Scream

    TPM is a bad film, Attack of the Clones is a parody of a film, and it's only ROTS that deserves to be acknowledged; the prequels were wrong to be a trilogy, but then Lucas was obsessed with commercial enterprise
