    I agree I haven't felt this confident since I wagered 190 credits that the third TFA trailer would be released on Oct 19th, it happened & there was no takers, we can't lose $$$$$£££££. I have as much chance as this stormtrooper shooting me.

    Perhaps a more interesting one would be whether Rogue One will have an opening crawl. As for TFA, of course it will. Easy bet. :)

    I started this thread as a response to some guy making the bizarre claim that we "don't know" if there'll be an opening crawl.
    I thought his claim was absolutely ridiculous, so I ran over here and started this wager, using all my available credits at the time.
    Thinking back on it now, 250 is not a realistic bet considering the odds. 25 or 50 credits is far more realistic.
    Personally, @Addi Ras, I'm totally okay with a 50-credit challenging bet. I believe, by the rules, that initial bet sets the minimum. I don't even know if that can be changed after the bet is underway. (Mods?)
    So, I'm assuming for now that 250 is the fixed minimum for this wager, but I'm accepting your 50-credit challenge until we hear otherwise from a mod.
    That would be a good bet: that's a lot more uncertain. :)

    Well it was a totally safe bet, but on 60 Minutes Overtime, on the video "How the new Star Wars begins" at 0:33 JJ leans to 60 Minutes' Bill Whitaker and says: "This is from the opening of the movie, from right after the opening crawl..."

    So I think this wager can be closed. At least no one lost anything. Did Anyone even bet against us?

    It's what they mean when they say "a safe bet."
