This movie is aging like fine wine....

Solo is a great film, I was all aboard for a Solo sequel film but with the success of the Mandalorian I'd much prefer a series. The technology they use to film Mando would make it less of a risk than making a big budget film sequel plus you get much more screen time with a series.

As I've said in other threads, that 10 year gap between Solo and ANH is far too good an opportunity to miss and I'd love to see how the young optimistic Han that we see at the end of Solo becomes the pessimistic pirate we first see in ANH.

 

L3 gets a bit much but I love the film. Feel like it needs that second and/or third part to give us the how he turned into the Solo we meet in ANH.
The characters are ripe for storytelling, and it could give us more of a look at the smuggling part of the Star Wars universe. Add in some bounty hunters courtesy of Jabba, and some more Qi’ra and there’s plenty to work with.
Also hate how he got the solo name. Disgusting.
