    Luke Post ROTJ...We will never see this film apart from a recasting or some serious Benjamin Button / Tron effects, but this is my attempt at a more stylized poster for the spin-off featuring Luke as Rogue One after ROTJ.

    It's the beard. I'm adamant about that...future incarnations of Luke must have a beard. Lol. And yes...I know what you're thinking...he is using Just For Men on that bad boy. :)

    I also thought if he looked a little bit like Chuck Norris that would elevate his bad-A status a bit...

    I was thinking that too. Could be a double meaning. perhaps the person who ends up leading Rogue squadron in the TFA era is someone who starts off as a rogue? Or perhaps it is about bounty hunters working for the empire or rebellion to hunt down someone who has gone rogue.

    Here's my speculative plot summary:
    The movie will be about a young Rebel named Kylo Ren, a pupil under Luke Skywalker. Luke thinks there is potential in him but Ren is very reckless and the other Rebel leaders don't like it. Thinking giving Ren more things to do in the Alliance will make him settle down, Luke sends Kylo to track down an Imperial cell that has found a map leading to several Sith Holocrons. The map is hidden within a special crystal that resides in Luke Skywalker's lightsaber and had been stolen from Luke following the battle of Endor. With the help of Boba Fett (who survived the sarlacc apparently) Kylo is tasked to find one of the Holocrons hidden on Naboo.
    However Kylo has been questioning Luke and the Alliance's motives after seeing their refusal to speak with Imperial leaders and bring about a treaty. His doubts come to a head when he obtains a Holocron and it causes an earthquake on Naboo, destroying the city of Theed in the process. Noting that similar events have happened on other planets, Ren is horrified to learn that Luke and the Rebels intend to keep searching for the remaining Holocrons. Ren steals Luke's lightsaber that holds the map and takes off, while the Rebels go after him. At the edge of the Rebel base, a Rebel shoots him and leaves him for dead. Kylo comes to find out it was his best friend (insert Felicity's character's name here) who shot him.

    I'm still trying to wrap my head around all of this. In my 40 some years there's been 6 Star Wars films.

    Now, within the timespace of just a few years, we have not one, but three new SW films on the way, and
    even more further down the road.

    I've known about the plans for more movies beyond TFA of course, but seeing titles and release
    dates somehow suddenly makes it all very real.

    Just Wow.

    This is just blind speculation, but perhaps Felicity Jones could be portraying the female pilot character introduced in the new Marvel Leia comic?
