anyone else notice that Threepio had his golden arm back by the time Rey left to find Luke?

 

I love it when Kylo takes his mask off for the first time and he sticks it into that table with the sand on top. One of my favorite moments.

 

NUMBER 6!!!!!!!!!!! IS MY FAV

 

Han's look as he steps back into the Falcon's cockpit for the first time in years. Gives me chills and makes me smile every time.

 

I also love the scene where BB-8 almost takes out Finn when he rolls up to see Poe. Just seeing BB-8 plowing through the crowd at top speed says a lot about their relationship. Crazy that we can talk about a relationship between a flesh and blood person and a robot. This says a lot about how well this movie dealt with character development.

 

I thought it was hilarious how they hyper-spaced... looks like the rathtar got shredded up in the process?

I also loved the part where Han punched the gangster, & then threw the guy into the rathtar & then it burped... hilarious.

A COUPLE THINGS I FOUND:

* Snoke's hologram room has chairs in it.

* When Rey is ascending Skellig at the end (Achto?) you can see a shot facing downwards showing the falcon in the distance below... I didn't notice that until my 4th viewing, and it makes that shot feel soooo huge.

Possibly. But pretty sure she was left there.
If indeed Jakku is where Rey was born, her father and mother would have been there too (Luke). If Luke is indeed Rey's father, which it certainly seems like, Luke would have been on Jakku when she was born. This is where the timeline gets confusing. Because you have to take into consideration when the new Jedi school fell, when Luke dissapered, and the ages of Rey and Kylo.

Pretty sure it was confirmed by the novelization or the visual dictionary that Rey was left on Jakku at 5 or something. Don't quote me though

 

Are we sure Threepio's arm is gold at the end? I didn't notice... it would be weird for them to do that without any fanfare after making such a (relative) fuss about the new red arm.

 

Hmm. Another deleted scene? Shame. They really rushed the ending, removing scenes I would have thought were somewhat integral (Leia and Rey talking, Poe and Rey meeting).

Maybe they thought of it in the same regard as how 3P0 was polished up @ the end of ANH?

I really love the waving goodbye shot... reminds me of that goodbye moment in "where the wild things are " (only 5,000x less depressing)

Did anyone notice that HUGE alien standing in the center-ish back? I wonder what that dude's story is?

 

C3PO was always a ham. I liked that moment also.... it also showed hat his parts were all back. ;-)
