    the actors in question who dub in french obviousely use a twitter account and if they didnt sign a non disclosure agreement then they should post the info of the trailer on twitter or any other source. it does not make any sense (ackbar)

    But... in all seriousness... that prank thread made me realise one VERY IMPORTANT matter on Star Wars The Force Awakens....that never has been discussed previously.... and i think should be discussed...

    HAN, LEIA, LUKE.........

    We grew up with these characters when we were young... people that has english as their first language will have Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill back in their roles (voice role)....

    For people around the world, that has French, Spanish, Japanese, Finnish, German...etc... as their first language, and watch the movie in the translated version... will they get the same voice actors they got used to hear, over and over, back in 1983?

    For us, French-Canadian.... that was a THING....a SCANDAL... when The Phantom Menace was released in 1999 (Back then, it was C3P0, Yoda and Palpatine that got their voices changed)...

    HAN LEIA and LUKE are sacred! I foresee a huge discomfort on december 18th...

    What about the rest of the world? Anyone here has the same issue in their country?

    FYI, I watch the movies in their original versions, always. With subtitles if needed, but I am a minority.

    You know I knew something was off when your post described a stormtrooper and your "friend" didn't know what it was. I understand for the people who aren't fans but stormtroopers are one of the most iconic characters ever. Anyway very well played madam. (tusken)
