    So GMA promotes the fact that a Solo trailer will debut on their show on Monday.
    Then Disney makes them take down the promo.

    Let me get this straight...
    So Disney does not want to promote this film, and...they want to discourage anyone who would promote the promotion they don't want to promote.

    No, the reveal was supposed to happen at Super Bowl, this huge event and be appropriately epic and not through a website that sells tickets for a breakfast television (am I the only one who thinks this sounds sad?). Such leaks more often than not harm the product they're supposed to promote (case in point: Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle.)

    I tweeted the GMA social media guy to find out what was up with that info that was pulled, he didn't answer my tweet but did basically say that the GMA info was legit to someone else in the reply chain of this tweet.



    So it looks like something Solo with the Super Bowl and then something with GMA.

    There were rumors back when Lord and Miller left that Alden was one who complained about the direction they were taking the movie. With the acting “coach” brought in to bridge the communication between he and the directors, I think it lends credence to that rumor. Especially since the acting “coach” was not needed once Ron took over. His acting was just fine. It seems to me his idea of who Han was based on the script and what he learned front Harrison was different than what Lord and Miller had. I hope this puts to rest some of the narrative that Alden’s acting was poor and that is why they brought in the “coach”
