9. I wouldn't expect anything big for that. Darth Vader didn't need to conceal his face entirely, yet he did.
I'd say Kylo Ren wears the mask to put on a front... to appear as something he isn't. He does it to convince himself and everyone else around him, that he is no longer Ben Solo.
12. This might not be as specific as you like, but it was stolen by someone named Ducain. It was stolen from Ducain by the "Irving boys", and then Unkar Plutt stole it from them. This was all stated in the movie.
13. The Rebellion officially called themselves "The Alliance to restore the Republic." Restoring the Republic, and by that same token, the senate, was always their end goal. What other form of government was the Rebellion going to set up... a monarchy? A dictatorship?
15. Again, not so specific, but Kylo Ren was manipulated and seduced to the dark side by Snoke.

 

Question....why was Leia all dolled up in the fancy dress and the up-do at the end? It was almost as if a scene was cut to explain why the sudden need for her to put on the party dress.

 

I seriously think alot was cut from the end of the movie. We also never heard the line "today hope is not lost, it is found" and unless i missed it we also never got "just let it in"

Well Han is gone so she really is officially 'single'. She's trying to hit town and fun!! Obviously!

But yeah, they cut a bunch from the end - I don't buy that R2 just woke up because he was 'processing'. Maybe JJ will let that slip one day. I hope.

 

I think that there are always going to be unanswered questions in the SW movies. Now that the Expanded Universe is not canon, the OT is filled with tons of these questions like:
1-What ever happened to Ben Kenobi's and Yoda's lightsabers.

2-Who survived the explosion of Jabba's sail barge.

3-Is Boba Fett alive?

4-Who took over everything that was Jabba's now that it's canon that he has a son.

These and many more are questions that we can still ask ourselves and while many of the questions we might have about TFA can still be answered in the following two movies, I find it harder for many OT and PT questions to be answered anytime soon.
