This scene also doesn't get the acknowledgment it should for Bail. Think about it from his perspective, this high society Senator who is married to his planet's Monarch shows up for battle. The guy who we have only ever seen wearing frilly, sci-fi versions of Victorian era type clothes sees the Temple burning and shows up ready for battle with a blaster on his hip. He has no idea what is going on but knows the Jedi are his allies and friends and they need help and is ready to fight. This scene alone makes Bail one of the biggest badasses in the series.

I personally really like Jango Fett with his: "I'm just a simple man trying to make my way in the universe"

More of Obi Wan's immense wisdom:
"and don't forget she's a politician. They're not to be trusted." followed by,
"It's been my experience that Senators are only focused on pleasing those who fund their campaigns... and they are more than willing to forget the niceties of democracy to get those funds."

    OBI-WAN: Qui-Gon believed in him. I believe in Qui-Gon.
YODA: The Chosen One the boy may be; nevertheless, grave danger I fear in
    his training.
OBI-WAN: Master Yoda, I gave Qui-Gon my word. I will train Anakin. Without
the approval of the Council if I must.
YODA: Qui-Gon's defiance I sense in you. Need that, you do not. Agree, the
council does. Your apprentice, young Skywalker will be.

-I guess what I like about this slice of dialogue is that it just proves how dependent Obi-Wan was on Qui-Gon and how much of an emotional connection he had with him. I feel like as the movies go on, this relationship dies out as Obi-Wan becomes more independent, however, I feel that they should have mentioned Qui-Gon's impact on Obi-Wan a bit more...

    Another for my list:

"The ability to speak does not make one intelligent"
    -Qui-Gon Jinn

This has become profound in the social media age, when any two-bit opinion can find a platform and real wisdom is in short supply.
