SPECULATION Upcoming second trailer in fall - our expectations & wishes

May the force be with you on that one, man!

I tried so hard not to keep up with rumors etc after having han in ep7 spoiled and what did i go and do? Join this board! And now i can't stay away.

I honestly don't care what they show in the next trailer because I'd shell out to see this movie anyways.

Rather than showing content, plot points or action sequences, i hope they give me a solid impression that the lines in this film are delivered in a believable way. Some of the lines in the previous trailer, without the luxury of context felt wooden or forced.

 

Although i follow the saga spoilers like a crack fiend, i see what you mean. I really don't care if every detail of rogue one is spoiled for me cuz, even if i really invest in the characters, the outcome is a mostly forgone conclusion. It's less about the destination and more the journey.

 

I usually watch all the TV spots and trailers after I've watched the film cuz if you put them all together like most you tubers have done you pretty much have the whole film. Terminator Genisys trailer proved to me that trailers are full of spoilers... does anybody remember that? i know allot of people didn't like the film but thats my point.

 

yeah sadly, would have loved to see him again as Palpy.

 

I have ZERO expectations. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than disappointed.

 

Expect this trailer as early as next week. But in the least a week or two before Dr. Strange.

Expect it to come out the same way all the others have: Monday Night Football, Good Morning America, maybe even Dancing With the Stars (that's my GUESS right now).

My guy wouldn't tell me anymore than the fact we should expect it within first two weeks of October.

 

Mid-to-Late October sounds about right - especially seeing as Doctor Strange will be released in late October.
