Topps Cards has uploaded a list on their site that features all kinds of new decks and cards part of their upcoming Journey to Star Wars: The Last Jedi releases. Of course, the most interesting section is directly related to the actual movie directed by Rian Johnson. I am still not sure what to think of this, since the list is freely accessible by anyone on Topps' site, although the content could be considered spoilerific for a general outline of the movie...

    BEWARE OF SPOILERS!!!

The listing that you can find here has all kinds of different decks, but the most interesting one is The Last Jedi Base Cards. They include the following cards (final warning, the following info pretty much reveals the basic plot outline of TLJ):

As you can see some of the outline is pretty close to what we all guessed based on the teaser trailer and the behind the scenes footage, but there are also several interesting points. For example we all thought that the battle on the planet Crait will happen at the end of the movie, but here it is in the middle.

First I thought that this list might not be in chronological order but then I looked at The Force Awakens cards in the same listing which are in perfect chronological order, making me to conclude that The Last Jedi deck should also be in chronological order. Here are TFA cards:

The most interesting 2 cards for me are Shards of the Past and Luke's Grim Perspective. I assume that these will take place at the end of Rey's training on Ahch-To. This probably will be connected with the Journal that we've seen in the teaser trailer and Luke' words that the Jedi are no more. But are we going to see Luke leaving Ahch-To? This remains the biggest mystery to me. We are yet to see any proof that the Master Jedi will leave the island. Also, according to the last card, the heroes will be united at the end of the movie. From the BTS reel we had the impression that this would happen during the battle on Crait.

So as you can see there are some things that look off in this list, and at this point we shouldn't jump to any big conclusions. After all, they may not be in a chronological order - the placement of a card talking about the Resistance arriving on Crait before Finn wakes up seems to go against what we've been led to believe about the plot so far, but that might just be the exception to the rule. It's curious that Cantonica and the city of Canto Bight is not mentioned anywhere in the cards, and the final sequence appears to be taking place in space. There are also some character cards in the list, but there are no surprises there.

Again, we're not sure if this is a real leak or this is supposed to be revealed for Force Friday II. But if we are to believe Rian Johnson's words from earlier today, we should be safe and not spoiled by TLJ merchandise.

Special thanks to Rieekan for sending the link.

    UPDATE!

Pablo Hidalgo was asked to share his opinion on the list. According to him the list is very misguided:

It's unclear what exactly he means by misguided. Perhaps the list is not in chronological order, because I doubt that a company like Topps will include official cards that are intentionally misguided and wrong on their site. Still, it's a good thing that this list does not actually give us a better idea about the plot, it's better this way. We all hope for the best experience in December.

    UPDATE 2!

Also Topps clarified themselves that the cards are not in chronological order:

Thanks to John Bear Mackay for the heads up.

Very interesting.... "Shards of the Past"... Makes me think the "Shards of the Past" refers to the scene in the teaser where Luke and R2 are kneeling in front of the burning temple. Maybe Luke is telling Rey about what happened with flashbacks which is followed by "Luke's grim perspective" on the Jedi. They must end.

I think the list is out of order. It looks like the third item, Rey and her Lightsaber, should be the first on the list - the first scene being Rey presenting the light saber to Luke on Ahch-To.

I was searching today for any new promo images and I came across the Topps listing and I wondered if it was in plot order myself. I think they do confirm some plot points and could generally be in order but I almost don't want to know for sure yet. I have been going to Reddit leaks as well as here and the decision when to stop looking is a tricky one.

I think the cards might be in chronological order, with some important plot points being left out so there are no real spoilers.

The Finn's Recovery card initially seemed off to me, but on second thought there is a difference between Finn waking up and Finn recovering. Finn might wake up at the beginning of the movie, but the recovery card might be about him recovering completely and leaving for the Canto Bight mission with Rose.

Two of those aren't even plot points, they're ships.

Also, The Force Awakens had way more than 20 cards.

This was the checklist before TFA came out in September 2015 for a 1:1 comparison

    https://www.starwarsnewsnet.com/201...list-for-star-wars-and-the-force-awakens.html

    81 Finn on the run
    82 BB-8 rolls into action
    83 Stormtroopers en route
    84 Rey pilots her speeder
    85 Rey takes off
    86 X-wings in flight
    87 Kylo Ren, dark warrior
    88 The Millennium Falcon Attacked
    89 Star Destroyer fallen
    90 Poe pilots the X-wing
    91 A mysterious figure
92 A Lightsaber from the past
    93 Resistance forces in flight
    94 Poe Dameron's excitement
    95 Escaping on foot
    96 Master of evil
    97 The First Order
    98 Resilient survivor
    99 TIE fighters attack
    100 A mysterious attack

The last chapter"Heroes United"reffers according to my own inquiry on Rey and Ben(brother and sister)leaving together with uncertain direction and purpose, and simultaneous uniting of Poe ,Finn ,the others as the New Republic rallies to recover .

TLJ plot outline feels fairly accurate... but who knows... 104 days.

I think the list is out of order, and the following is my guess on the correct order. The stuff in parenthesis are my wild guesses on the plot.

93 Rey and her Lightsaber (Rey presented the light saber to Luke on Ahch-To)
96 Finn’s Recovery (Finn woke up from his coma)
92 General Leia Organa (Leia and the Resistance decided to evacuate and move to Crait?)
95 Rushing to Attack (The First Order attacked the Resistance base before evacuation was complete?)
91 Rey’s Solitude (Luke refused to train Rey?)
103 The Resistance (The remnants of Leia and Admiral Holdo's forces rendezvouz and joined together?)
107 Frigates Under Fire (Resistance fleet was chased and attacked by the First Order?)
99 Shards of the Past (Rey learned about past events and about her parents?)
100 Luke’s Grim Perspective (Luke said the Jedi must end?)
97 Poe Responds (The Resistance fleet evaded the First Order under the leadership of Poe?)
98 The Fury of Kylo Ren (Kylo and company arrived on Ahch-To?)
109 The Millennium Falcon Flees (Rey, Chewie, and R2 escaped from Ahch-To? Luke stayed behind?)
94 On Crait (Resistance fleet arrived and set up defense on Crait, followed by Finn and Rey?)
    102 Walkers Incoming
    106 The Battle Commences
    101 Ski Speeder Assault
108 The Resistance Vs. The First Order
110 Heroes United (Luke showed up and helped the Resistance win the battle?)

I have no idea where to place the X-Wing and A-Wing items. Also, I think the list is missing the events at Canto Bight and the infiltration of First Order base by Finn and Rose.
