Is there any place we can order a package deal where for one price we get the digital download on March 24 then get the Bluray on April 4? Yeah, I know, I can hear the laughing now!

It would be nice to even have the option to save a few bucks on a combo. e.g. $30 for the bluray on 4/4 and download on 3/24.

I'm waiting for the 2nd edition of the bluray that is certain to come later this year or next. Still haven't heard Abrams' commentary on TFA cuz I "only" bought the initial release

Did anyone ever find an answer to this?

Since Disney and Amazon are evidently still waving their schwantzes at one another and Amazon doesn't have a pre-order/release day delivery option for the Rogue One blu ray, I'm probably going to just go over to Target and pick up a copy on Tuesday.

God knows what they'll actually have available, but if there's a choice between the Target exclusive and the regular blu ray, I may consider the exclusive if the extra content is worth a watch. I don't care about the 3D copy, as I don't have the gear to run it and don't foresee that changing any time soon. A couple of decent extra making-of features might be worth checking out, though.

But if the "exclusive content" ends up being some marketing thing rather than actual bonus content related to the making of the film, forget it. I don't want to bother kicking down the extra fiver just to get the "Be Sure To Drink Your Ovaltine" treatment. ;)

Finally answered me own question on this one. :)

For those who are interested, this is what I found on the Target website today:

    Exclusive Bonus Content Description:

    Inside the Creature Shop

Discover what it takes to bring Rogue One’s innovative aliens to life, with Neal Scanlan, Creative Supervisor of Creature & Droid FX.

    Digital Storytelling

Get an up-close look at how cutting-edge technology from ILM helped Director Gareth Edwards realize his creative vision in Rogue One.

Interesting! Maybe I should return my Walmart disc and get the Target version. A couple of the Bonus features on my Walmart disc won't play.

Yeah, I think Target was the only exclusive version that had additional video content (though admittedly not much.) If your Wal Mart one isn't working properly, may as well return it and go snag a copy from Target instead.
