SPECULATION Vader in background of Entertainment Weekly Image?

    I had a look around the forum and couldn't see anyone asking this question but I'm sure someone will correct me if this has already been discussed.

    Back in November, Entertainment Weekly published a whole bunch of photos from TFA but this one has been brought to my attention.

    I didn't think much of it before but then someone pointed out the figure in the background going up the stairs.

    A comparison with Kylo Ren's helmet which appears to be a little shorter.

    I'm not saying I think the chap in the background of the Entertainment Weekly image is Vader. I have no idea how that could be possible... Some people have mentioned cloning... It could very well just be Kylo Ren and I'm wrong about the different helmet shapes etc.

    Each time I look at it I can't shake the feeling that it doesn't look like Kylo Ren. I'm curious to see what you guys think.

    Also, are there TWO dark figures going up those stairs? Who's the other guy??

    Not Kylo, and most definitely NOT Vader. It is ONE OF many Knights of Ren. You know most of them worship Vader so that shouldn't be a surprise.

    No no no. If you look closely at any promo pic with a First Order Background, you'll see these guys (or girls) in very Vader like helmets. Its a very interesting choice and I've always been surprised that no one has noticed it. Take a look at the left of this image. There they are. They appear in a few others. [​IMG]

    I swear I've seen these same guys in other released shots, but I'll go with what I know from the OT and say it's probably just a black variation of the army helmet like it was worn by Veers in ESB.

    Hmm it looks like Kylo helmet and Phasma helmet doesn't shine because this photo is taken from no-light view.
