What I meant was that there already is a spoiler tag in the title.

The dead speak! Somehow Vision returned...

That last episode was intense. Vision is piecing together what’s going on and calling Wanda out on it. Hearing how he and that co-worker guy are terrified of what’s going on is just horrifying stuff. I don’t believe Wanda is 100% controlling what’s going on here. but I don’t think she’s really trying to stop it or acknowledge the fact that it’s wrong. I really think someone is acting through her, using her as a vessel, to get what they want. Agatha Hawkness? Mephisto? Agnes’ husband Ralph? I have no idea, but I’m excited to see where it leads to in Spidey and Doctor Strange’s movies.

Honestly this is one of my favorite things the MCU has ever done. It's just so great to see them break formula and do something that, 1) takes stylistic and storytelling risks, 2) actually deals with deep themes of grief and denial in ways that tie into the world of the story, and 3) still feels like Marvel and is expanding what the MCU can do.

This could be true. It does seem strange how she is acting so reckless. I understand she lost people closest to her but she is taking it to another level. And not to mention her powers seem significantly advanced from what we’ve seen before.

Which the show is doing good by mentioning. But even then, it's not out of character. Wanda's power seemingly increase between Civil War (throwing cars) and Infinity War (lifting those spiky vehicles and holding back Thanos). Another increase isn't out of the question. And characters directly powered by Infinity Stones are incredibly powerful anyways. Vision, Captain Marvel, Wanda...

Very true. Just anticipating what’s next. I want to get to the bottom of what’s really going on here aside from the obvious.

Still can't tell what is going on. I was told that some of things that are happening have happened in the comics. I will guess that Quicksilver is not who he says he is. I thought we would get some answers when Vision walked up on Agnes in her car but that was not to be.
One thing I found stranger than everything else was when Vision breached the Hex, he didn't revert to a vibranium corpse but instead was being what I would call disintegrated.

Episode 7 had some things I'm questioning, but not the things, if you know what I mean.

Monica's powers and the Agnes reveal were pretty well foreshadowed, but I'm still at a loss about the space engineer - is it someone who's simply loyal to Monica, or is a deep cut I'm not aware of? Other than that, I liked the genre and meta nature of the episode.

Wanda's continual loss of control will spiral down until she, like Monica, accepts her sorrow and feelings and the fact she's NOT in control. And when she reaches that bottom, she'll go to Strange for help. Probably. ...and wouldn't that be an interesting relationship if Wanda and Vision's romance has to end here with Wanda saying goodbye.

Speaking of Vision, I love how his first question was to ask about his children. Vision hasn't been wanting to escape them, simply find out who HE is. Sadly the actions of one look like the actions of another. Overall this was a solid episode for the show, and with two more I'm excited to see how things wrap up.

OK I know nearly nothing about Marvel lore, but even so Ep 7 sucked me in again and wouldn't let me go....

Did everyone remember Agnes spraying the twins with "lavender" in Ep 6, Lavender is purple, or the color of her powers.....

Did the creators of the MCU really think that far ahead in having Maria Rambeau's Air Force callsign "Photon".....foreshadowing her daughter becoming Photon? (apparently in the comics Maria Rambeau was not featured as a USAF Fighter Pilot)

How about Agnes saying she "has a mole on her back".....very witch-like.....

Agatha's basement is the only place not "controlled" by the Westview anomaly....

OK so I read some lore about the "Darkhold" book in Agatha's basement.....holy crap......

I like how the aspect ratio changes from full screen to widescreen during this.

Okay I'm a fairly new Marvel fan, but you guys are just as confused about Pietro and his role in the end credits scene as me right? Or did I miss something...

He didn't seem effected at all by Wanda wiping everyone's memory in episode 6, so is he working for Agatha? By choice or has the new actor been brainwashed?

Another random question, since Billy noted that he couldn't read Agatha's mind because she was "empty", why didn't Vision notice something was off and she was just acting when he appeared to clear her mind from Wanda (who we know was never controlling her in the first place) in episode 6?

    Am I overthinking this...

Same boat. He has some sort of purple effect around him. Side note: this song has no reason to be this good.

The truth. Actually, why are all of the songs from the show so good!? "I don't need to have this week's theme song stuck in my head until next Friday" has become a weekly saying recently.

@Olivia Kenobi You cannot overthink this series. It is chock full of easter eggs, and every comment by every character may have some hidden meaning. It really is an event here in our house when we watch it (my wife and I and our 3 teen sons....) everyone is on the edge of their seats....

Definitely just as confused. Most likely he's still working with Agnes or under her control. But there's a case to be made for Wanda knocking him out in Ep 6 and the daily(?) Resets have have...reset him to work on the heroes' side. Probably not, but who knows.

We don't have enough info to answer this question. My best guess is that this is Pietro from another universe who Agnes somehow transported to the MCU. The "recasting" with Evan Peters specifically and all of the hype about how this ties into Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness make it seem too much to be a fun Easter Egg. So in that case it would be brainwashing. But who knows!

As far as I can tell, Vision doesn't read their minds, he simply blocks Wanda's influence or frees them from it. (Probably due to how their powers are connected.) So Vision did something he thought was helping but has no real way to verify, and Agnes went along with it. And Agnes' acting seemed pretty in-line with the previous time Vision did the thing (freaking out leading to a manic breakdown), so it's not like he has a lot of data. Billy's powers are more like his mom's powers than his dad's, so he knows things that Vision can't pick up on.

It actually already appeared in Agents of SHIELD...and then again in Runaways from what a quick Wiki search just told me. But since those are less canon than we'd all probably like (which is for the best), it showing up here wouldn't be too outrageous.

I can definitely see that, especially if they had planned for Monica to eventually take up the superhero mantle. Although I can see it as an "open door" scenario too, where it was originally just an Easter Egg for eagle-eyed fans, but its inclusion meant that future creators could play with it and turn it into foreshadowing if they so desired. Like a JJ Abrams Mystery Box almost.

I was wracking my brain trying to come up the answer to "what is the theme song mimicking here? it seems so familiar." And then I read it later it was of course, The Office. Huge "duh" moment.
The "Nexus" commercial I thought really steered us towards the Multiverse.

I love to watch Paul Bettany act. Very enjoyable.
