    This is crazy. I already read an article that said this movie is pushing back technology. When I saw this trailer I knew why. Looks so incredibly real. I played WoW also for years so I can't wait for this. So many fantastic movies coming it's unreal. Are you also hyped for this movie?

    Really? I'm looking forward to the movie, but it looked "less real" than I was expecting.

    I liked how the characters look, but mostly the backgrounds looked off. I'm not sure what it is, maybe the coloring?
    I'm not sure if the idea was to make it look like the movie is set inside a game scenario. To me, it looked like a lot of green-screen and CGI that was noticeable, when compared with Jon Favreau's Jungle Book trailer, for example.

    Maybe I'll change my mind with the full trailer.

    They are talking about practical sets and how castles and forests are actually built. And yeah the characters are especially stunning:

    It's mo-cap but it looks like a made up person. Incredible. I dont know about the background, I thought the trailer really looked like the game aswell, and the game is known for having 'cartoony' graphics, which I really like.

    I see your point, I was just expecting that it would have the same "real" look that they have for the characters.
    For example, that drop flight with the gryphon in the middle of the teaser, looked "cartoony" as you said.

    On one hand, I understand having it look like the game for the player fan-base, on the other, I think that if they didn't do that and make it all look real it would possibly have a wider appeal to the general audience. They would probably need to increase the VFX budget even more, though... :)

    Full trailer is out now. The CGI looks a bit more obvious than the teaser but it still looks FANTASTIC. I'm now officially most hyped for this after TFA (and not counting the rest of SW movies, for now).

    While the aesthetic is spot on, the problem is the greenscreen is poorly integrated. Like Attack of the Clones bad.

    On the plus side, I love how the movie is treating the Orcs. While they are definitely brutes, they're not potrayed as stereotypically evil compared to what most traditional fantasy stories do. In other words, its gonna be a nice change of pace.

    Overall, I can't wait for this movie!!!! :D
