    They are the Han Solo dice from the Falcon. When Leia receives them from Luke you see that she is smiling a bit in surprise because she knows the dice aren't real and Luke isn't really there.

    I think yes, but that wasn't the end Yoda and Ben learned more during the last 30 years and maybe passed on the knowledge to appear somewhere else even before death. Death is btw a dumb qualification, Yoda did it already with Ezra.

    I get that. Just not why they were solid until Kylo picked them up. Was it Luke's way of taunting him?
