    This is a question for those who have seen all of Season 4. Please merge is discussed elsewhere.

    I just finished the Rebels episode after Kanan's death. I also had it spoiled that Hera ends up with his baby. Uh, when did that babymaking take place?

    I was under the impression her confessing her feelings was the START of their romance. Hopefully this is eventually explained in the series?

    I think it's always been a romantic thing. They just played it coy because, you know, kid's show. Which is also why the season never explains exactly when it happens because, you know, kid's show.

    Yeah, we've seen a lot of their relationship in the past. We've even seen them kiss at points.

    The show is pretty well told through Ezra's eyes, or at least from a child's perspective. There isn't a focus on Kanan and Hera's relationship because, well, it doesn't really matter to kids that much.

    As far as the "I love you" thing... I mean, sure, a lot of people say that before doing the deed, but it's certainly not a prerequisite...

    OK, thanks for the feedback. I've always felt their romance was implied, but never on the level it's exposed in S4 (probably a mistake btw, wish this started sooner). Still, a little annoying this is essentially "head canon" and we have to assume it.

    Yeah, I think that it's definitely left out for the obvious reasons (being that it would be appropriate to spell out that they're boning) but I think Jacen is also supposed to be kind of a surprise, too. I'm sure it was intentional.
