    After a year of sobriety I've taken a couple of bold steps into alcoholism again, lately.
    It turns out I still REALLY like red wine and fancy draft beer.

    What I do not like, though, are the sleepless nights... Might start another sobriety period very soon :)

    I like water too. Usually mixed with grain and hops and stuff. And let it sit for a while. Gives it some flavour.

    The night got off to a nice start sipping Cognac and watching a Pink Floyd concert but at some point things took a nose dive and now I'm just dumping cheap brandy into chocolate milk and watching Birdemic.

    I've been getting into drinking botanical liquors lately...Pernod, Herbsaint, and Chartreuse. They're a completely different experience than the barrel-aged spirits I usually drink, so it's a nice change of pace. Plus, they remind me of the herbal beverages I used to drink back when I lived on the Forest Moon of Endor.
