Catching up on the news regarding the fire in Fort McMurray. Sad When I heard about what was happening, I immediately thought of my uncle and his family who lived there but I didn't know he moved to Medicine Hat which is northern Alberta. I just recalled today that Natasha Henstridge grew up in Fort McMurray and has family who live there. Glad they're okay which is a good thing. At least 1600 homes have been lost. Sucks for all those animals and plant life...man...so upsetting.

I just kidnapped my friend to the beach in Laguna:

 

I'm a bedroom musician myself, just turned 25 and of course as all love star wars. Working on a concept album that I'm incorporating some of John Williams' themes into ever so slightly on guitar & synth. However I won't be sharing that project till probably around this time next month. In the meanwhile I've been working on writing poppy songs and experimenting with different styles. Its the shortest one I've ever written at 1 min and like 45 seconds. This one I wrote in like 3 hours after having issues texting this girl I met at a bar. We're both interested in each other, but I'm an overthinker so I hate talking through text because you can never really get what you're feeling across. Any critiques would be dope! Or if you have an idea for a better title than "Roaming", or even if you think it sounds good, bad, should it be longer, or what you'd add to it. All would help. And if you record music too, send some my way and I'd love to lend an extra ear!
