What if Death Troopers are clones?

They're too tall to be Jango's clones.

 

They could be evolved clones.

 

Yep, they could be like the Bad Batch.

 

Agreed, the way they coldly looked around the first trailer, they are sure from that kinda batch.

 

The clones are from Jango and he is only 5'7 so the clones might be a bit too short to be death troopers .

 

I don't think so. But remember, even if the Empire prefers to use actual people instead of clones, they're still around at the time of The Force Awakens:

"Perhaps Leader Snoke should consider using an army of clones"

 

I don't think that necessarily means that clones are STILL around by then but that it's just a throwaway line meant to evoke the prequels .

What if they are all women? What if Captain Phasma is the last in line of these new gen clone troopers? The DT's appear to be fairly tall and slinder.

 

A little reminiscent of God Emperor of Dune, where Leto had the all-female army called like Fish Speakers or something.

 

Female troopers nah Phasma was one of a kind.

 

That just means cloning technology still exists. Clone Troopers aren't the only clones in the galaxy.

 

Yup that was the entire point of her character .

 

Huh? That's referring to Rey. Phasma is the only female trooper onscreen.

 

It's pretty well documented that there are female stormtroopers in TFA. You hear one on screen, in fact.
