I'm referring to the storyline of TFU 2, which Lucas helped write and was considered more "canon" than those of Palpatine and his clones.

Ahh I was thinking of the story Lucas approved back in '91, which is just a few... years before the video game you reference. Regardless it will begin to make things right. I would love some references to Kamino, clones, anything to make the SW univeres more connected. Especially in the New Canon, we have Clone Troopers in Rebels, why did they stop there?

An unnecessary cost to maintain as the Empire had control over something like millions of star systems. It was far cheaper to just recruit and train people.

Jango Fett had also perished, and with him his DNA template. There is no canon facts on whether clones can be cloned. Someone should ask Hidalgo that :D. I assume any new clones may have been less efficient.

The clone army was only created in the first place as recruiting millions of people would have been noticed by the Jedi and local law enforcement. The Sith needed something more discreet.

But who cares about clones of clones? If they can clone the progenitor of Fett why can't they clone Sing, or Tano, or Onaka... I'm just curious if they can clone "death troopers" a la the subject of our thread, why not address cloning as a whole? I understand why they (tinsel town) would not clone on the scale of "main characters" I have listed, it would be stupid, fun, crazy, omg Hondo vs. Hondo!!! But cloning could still, AND IS, a part of Star Wars. So will we see it besides ep. 2 and 3?

I read , here or elsewhere, that its because of the low yield or wahtever of force sensitive clones .
