Saw Gerrera's "Save the dreaaaaaaaaam" stands out as one of the most memorable soundbytes from the full Rogue One trailer. But it begs the question... what could possibly be going on for him to say it with such longing/pain/shaky voice? Let's speculate on the matter in the poll!

Gotta say I like his fro look better than the shaved look in the first teaser, but I really liked his voice better in the first. I had authority and some dark foreshadowing when he was saying "what will you do?!"

I get the vibe like he's maybe been in this mess too long and he's off in the head a bit. A sort of Col. Kurtz situation.

He is going down with the ship a.k.a. that city on Jedha the Empire seems to blast. Jyn & Cassian were flying out of the falling debris in the previous trailer which I think is continuation of Saw's scene and the scene where Bodhi watches the incoming destruction. So, buy-buy, Saw, you served long enough. :(

I like Forrest Whitaker....his performance in the Crying Game was particular good....but from what little I saw of his character in the trailer made me chuckle....and I don't think this was Disney's intention.

It can't be his death scene. Pablo said that we will see him with and without hair.

It still could be from his death scene. We see him once in a flashback or right before a jump forward at one younger stage in his life with a much younger Jyn and he first plants the idea of resisting the Empire. Then later in the movie and in Saw's life they reunite and he is either helping them or getting ran down himself and faces death and tells her one last time to "save the dream" that is a galaxy without the empire that he originally trying to inspire within her.
