You failed, Gungan. Grand Master Galen Marek (aka GMGM) has mistaken you.
First, Vader is right-handed. Yes, he is.
Second, Vader cannot handle force lightnings, because his right mechanical hand would make something like bzzzzrrrrrp-prfrftrfrtttt-gzzzzzz (well, don't blame me too hard, I'm not english-born, perhaps there is a 't' in the end: bzzzzrrrrrp-prfrftrfrtttt-gzzzzzzt .... yes it does sound better with a final 't' ).
So I can ensure you : this scene is obviously a fake.
And you Gungan actually are a clown (*) :p

(*) please, please, please I'm not insulting you JarJar as I say you're a clown! Please read a certain Chuck Wendig «Aftermath:Empires's End» interlude, if you don't get why I say JarJar is a clown ;) ;) ;)

@Cole, awesome drawing! @daRinze, sorry for stealing your thunder! ;)

"And now, your Highness, we will discuss the differences between Vader in the original VHS and Lucas' 'Special Editions'..."

So, speaking of red lenses and A New Hope, I realized something curious recently after comparing the 1983 VHS and the 2004/2011 versions. In scenes where the lenses look solid black in the 1983 VHS, they look red on the 2004/2011; when they look red on VHS (which is a lot less often), they look black on the 2004/2011 version.

For example, during the entire Tantive IV scene, the lenses looked orange/red on VHS (unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot). Compare that to the later versions, below (no red/orange here!):

    Screen Shot 2017-04-04 at 9.45.36 AM.png

Conversely, look at these shots from the 2004/2011 versions:

    Screen Shot 2017-04-04 at 9.48.55 AM.png
    Screen Shot 2017-04-04 at 9.50.08 AM.png
    Screen Shot 2017-04-04 at 9.51.06 AM.png
    Screen Shot 2017-04-04 at 9.53.15 AM.png
    Screen Shot 2017-04-04 at 9.55.08 AM.png

In most, if not all, of the shots immediately above, the lenses looked solid black on the 1983 VHS. *Lama Su voice:* Curious, isn't it?

As far as Rogue One being "too red" goes, the lenses in Rogue One are basically the intensity of the red in the "Her resistance to the mind probe is considerable..." shot (above), all the time. Not a bad thing. But definitely noticeable.

Also, another interesting thing about Vader in the early ANH VHS releases is his voice! Very different from the special edition versions of the movie, and very different from ESB and ROTJ (which have always sounded the same, across formats). In the VHS version of A New Hope, it sounds much less "electronic" - instead, it kinda sounds like James Earl Jones is talking into a cup. If you listen to his voice throughout Rebels, I think that's the closest comparison. Some of the lines, especially when he choking Captain Antilles, sound quite different as a result. You hear the breathing a lot less in the VHS, too, something the special edition actually fixed.

Prepare yourselves, everyone, to regard the information in this post with a grain of salt, but it sounds reasonable to me, and I'm not sure whether it has been disproved. This is Reddit we're talking about, so I don't know how trustworthy it is anyway. At any rate, this guy claims to have descriptions of three deleted Vader scenes from Rogue One. They make sense to me, but that doesn't mean they're real. (Link here, simplified descriptions below):

    • Vader's first scene was supposedly with Tarkin, before Krennic speaks with Tarkin. They agree that they'll get Krennic to test the Death Star on Jedha, and the mess this causes will allow Tarkin to assume control of the Death Star.
    • Vader's second scene was an extension of the "We stand here amidst MY achievement!" scene. Krennic pulls his blaster on Tarkin (as in the photo available online), and then his blaster flies from his hand and Vader enters the room, reprimanding Krennic big time. This was supposedly the scene, "THE POWER that we are dealing with here...is immeasurable!"
    • Vader's last scene, as already revealed, was him choking Krennic for failure after Scarif.
So, what do you guys think? Are these actual leaks? They sound authentic to me, and we know that James Earl Jones recorded more dialogue than the Mustafar scene. This fits right in with that.

So remember the descriptions of (supposed) deleted scenes I gave a few posts ago? A little more info, plus a line of Vader dialogue. Take it all with a grain of salt, again. Things could very well be incorrect. To start, the images below...

I believe this is when Vader enters the Krennic-Tarkin scene (unless this is a Star Destroyer, but it looks like the Death Star):

    -0Xs4eYn9k_bSGbteszpnuTmGZYd9c9ynd8gc0YFSdI.png

This is Krennic aiming at Tarkin before Vader walks in:

    rogueone-directorkrennic-blasterdrawn-frontpage-700x349.jpg

This is Vader in the scene he would have had with Tarkin (so that's what this was - it even looks like the door Krennic walked through in the first scene he had with Tarkin):

    Darth-Vader-in-Rogue-One-A-Star-Wars-Story1.jpg
    --

In addition to this, another Reddit user claims that, in the original scene following the destruction of Jedha, the exchange between Krennic and Vader was the following, in part (SOURCE):

Vader: "Leave us." (to the assembled group)
    Krennic: "Lord Vader, I—"
Vader: "Nothing will excuse this behavior. This type of foolishness will not be tolerated. Had the Emperor been where I stand now before you, you would not be shown mercy."

May or may not be an actual line, but I can certainly picture James Earl Jones saying that. I do think it's a shame that a decent amount of Jones' dialogue evidently got cut. We know from Gareth Edwards that he did a line emphasizing the word "POWERRRRR," as only Vader can.

Anyway, thought you guys might like this. Again, take it with a grain of salt. But it's still cool and it seems plausible in light of other evidence.
