Things I've liked enough to obsess over:

    New BSG
    Mad Men
    King of the Hill
    Deadwood
Longmire (Maybe not a life-long obsession, just binged it recently. Pretty decent little mystery / Western series)
    Star Trek
    Back to the Future
    Indiana Jones
    The Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy
    John Ford movies
    Cohen Brothers movies

Well, obsess enough to join an online discussion forum, none!

Game of Thrones (went to read the books when I discovered the series was being made) and the Marvel and DC movies are, maybe, the closest.
For those I lurk around on Watchers on the Wall and follow the movie news sites, such as collider, schmoes know, heroic hollywood, latino review and so on...

As far as books go, I check on Brandon Sanderson's website for updates on the Cosmere novels, Patrick Rothfuss's blog for The Kingkiller Chronicle and George RR Martin's Not a Blog for the "son of kong"...

Nothing nearly as much as Star Wars but:

Iain M. Banks 'The Culture' novel series.
    Firefly (Bring it back!)
    The X Files
    Battlestar Galactica (newer version).
Utopia (UK Conspiracy sci fi - again - bring it back!)

My obsessions flip around quite a bit, but at the moment:
    Marvel + Vertigo comics
    Netflix!MCU
    The X-Files

I usually have more, but Star Wars currently takes up most of my headspace that's reserved for fiction (which is... considerable, actually), so most of my fandoms have been put on hold.

    Game of Thrones
    Harry Potter
    Alien(s)
    Jurassic Park
    LOTR/Hobbit

Tv shows only: South Park, Girls, Frazier, Grimm, American Horror Story, Once Upon a Time, Histories Mysteries, and pretty much anything pertaining to Nature and Space.

And oh blast! I forgot Firefly/Serenity. Now I gotta go iron my hands.

Star Wars is the only film I chat about online. But I like several others. Rocky. Back To The Future.

I really liked the ROME series that was on HBO a while back. Which reminds me I did chat about that briefly as it was going on.

Halo, Halo, Halo, more Halo, Halo, and Halo

Oh, and I can't forget about A Song of Ice and Fire, Doctor Who, and Halo. I'm also a fan of the recently canceled Syfy (or whatever they're calling it now) Defiance. RIP.

Well aside from Star Wars, and the Clone Wars I love Mass Effect, Halo (but mostly the alien stuff) Transformers (never watched much of the G1 but I've seen all of Transformers Prime series), Game of Thrones, Star Trek The Next Generation, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Pokemon (more into the games than the anime), Gears of War, and the list will keep growing.

I also love Pirates of the Caribbean, I had a dream a few nights ago that I was on the Dauntless, and then the Flying Dutchman attacked. I was capture, kept in a cell and forced to dine with Davy Jones every night, man those tentacles.....but hey that's better than dining with the crew.

I don't like the fourth movie though, it wasn't that great IMO.

Yeah POTC is really nice but it got "TOO BUG" . As for OST, it wasn't bad but it reminded me of the feeling I got from seeing TFA. @Another Locust a lot of people didn't like the story and it felt too "forced" of a movie for making it for money's sake .

I love PotC's OST, it's fantastic. That's unfortunate, but I felt that the story concluded in the 3rd one so I'm not entirely surprised.
