    I always enjoy the parts of war movies where they train to fight. Or the spy thriller where they learn to be a spy. "Breath." Holy God I had shudders! We're going to see more force training! I loved the EU books where Corran Horn learned to be a Jedi, the training was captivating. So I'm most excited about that.

    It's amazing how when Mark Hamill talks at conventions he doesn't totally sound like Luke, but in that trailer it could have easily been ROTJ Luke's voice. When he says "just....breathe", shudders indeed.

    Yoda and Obi-Wan hopefully... They'll be telling him one thing, "train the girl, save the jedi, kill Kylo etc." and he'll be doing the opposite... throwback to Empire

    Seems like a lot of detail in that article I linked for it not to appear in the movie. I believe he had another article that had photos of the staging of the scene.

    There was a rumored scene before TFA came out that ships came to Acht-To and fired upon Luke and Rey as they ran to get off the Island(to the Falcon)and I wish I could find it. It may have been from making star wars. I will look for it and see if I can find it in their archive.

    But maybe it ends up being the other rumor of Kylo and the KoR.

    Personally I don't want to see the grizzled, jaded, and (hopefully) wise Jedi Master Luke in a cheesy casino scene. Casinos by definition are cheesy. I think it can be done well with the other characters, but I don't want to see Luke in that setting.

    I'm actually intrigued by these birds. It seems like they've been made into a big deal and having some sort of animal relevant to the plot seems a bit in left field for SW. I don't have a good or bad feeling, I'm just... intrigued...

    I'm hoping the birds are connected to the Force. It was rumored that most of the Jedi artifacts and texts were destroyed by the Empire. It seems Luke may have found the Last stash of Jedi materials on Ahch-To. It would be cool if the birds were guarding it or even "recording" Jedi knowledge and only someone like Luke could "see" what the birds saw.

    Iam not sure if all the texts he has are from Ahch-To I thought that these are the texts he has been searching the galaxy for & is just storing the there while he is on Ahch-To. Though it is certainly a possibility that some of the texts are from Ahch-To. Iam almost certain that th main book from the trailer is from his Jedi Academy hence the burned edges.

    That's possible. Maybe the books are what helped lead him to find Ahch-To in the first place. Maybe the burned book is because of the burning tree. I really want to see how this tree and the birds play into things. The Force "created by all living things" will be on full display in this movie.

    Is that an opening on the right side? The same one Luke is walking out of when he says "time for the Jedi to end".
    Are the books inside the tree? Was the tree rumored to be on fire in order to destroy the books? Is that why one of the books has charred pages?

    I would say the only things confirmed are in the trailer. Everything else is subject to change. Heck, even the things in the trailer may not make it into the movie.
