    The Cassian-shooting-Krennic scene was the only one that really bugged me (read my comment earlier for details,) but I would have loved to have seen:
    1) the beach scene advertised in posters and trailers
    And 2) Lyra being a jedi. Imagine how brutal and cruel it would have been in the scene when Krennic talks down to Galen and says "we destroyed the holy city of Jedha" knowing his wife was a jedi.
