    Giving Breaking Bad my first proper watch, it’s among the top 10 decisions I’ve ever made. Starting season 5 tomorrow.

    I put it off for a long time because I saw the final 2 episodes when it originally aired, and while I had no context to basically anything I was watching and my memories from it are mostly just images... I did know how it ended and that turned me off from watching for a while. THAT decision might be in my bottom 10.

    What'd you think of Season 7? And don't feel bad if LoT feels weird. I hear that it gets a LOT better after the first season.

    Another month, another wuxia drama for the Lady. :D

    WORD OF HONOR is 36-episode Chinese drama released with English (and other) subs on YouTube here 3-4 episodes per week. Currently, there are 10 available.

    Synopsys: Zhou Zi Shu gets embroiled in a conspiracy in the martial arts world after quitting his job as the leader of an organization tasked with protecting royalty. He meets Wen Ke Xing, a mysterious martial artist who escapes from the Ghost Valley to avenge his parents’ deaths. They become fast friends and embark on an adventure to find a legendary treasure that will give its owner ultimate power over jianghu (martial arts world).

    Trivia: The production was suspended after 4 months of filming when corona happened. They spent more than half the budget and had to let actors go to their other obligations and throw everything away. After, they recasted new actors - people you see in the trailer. The production was so poor, they couldn't afford machine for the artificial rain and had to wait for actual RAIN to film certain scenes. You can see how poor they were in production design and, especially, VFX. But, despite all of it, the drama is currently the most popular in both China and internationally for those who follow Chinese drama land. Talk about the underdog.

    Personally, it just makes me feel good. With no new SW content until April (Thrawn) and May (Bad Batch), it's just perfect.

    Arrow had some lenghts, but as a whole I liked it. I like the parts from the (possible?) future.
    I didn't think season one of LoT was that weird, but atm. I like season2 too.

    I've just finished season 3 and its really great, probably my 2nd favourite Sci-fi series after The Expanse. Pleasantly surprised by how dark and brutal it is and the cast is top notch.

    If you’re hungry for something informative, eye-opening, and visually stunning, watch Cosmos: Possible Worlds, available on Disney+. It’s narrated by Neil deGrasse Tyson and has an excellent summary of scientific achievements, psychics, and hypothetical futures that will await humankind. The CGI is amazing and the writing is pretty amazing too. There are many references to Carl Sagan’s book as well.

    I've been bingeing on Battlestar Galactica, Narcos and Longmire because I'm missing my two favourite Mandalorians lol. (Pedro Pascal who plays Din is in Narcos and Katee Sackhoff who plays Bo-Katan is in BSG and Longmire).

    Same! Its so good, I've just finished season 3.


    This is fantastic so far, one slight criticism is that I want more action, but I'm sure it'll come. Can't recommend it enough! So good.

    It's really good! I hadn't watched it before but when Katee appeared on The Mandalorian everyone were suggesting to watch BSG and I'm loving the series! So far on Season 3!

    I'm almost done with Season 3 too!
