As you may have seen from the various Rogue One trailers, theres a scene with a TIE fighter hovering next to the transmission tower gantry on Scarif. But it's not in the film.

Also, there was lots of hype for a black Imperial astromech droid named C2-B5. And he's not in the film either!

    What else have you noticed?

    ;)

Obviously a big change was the data tape not making it to the beach. This would seemingly change the final act significantly.

I think I remember a scene in a trailer where Rebel pilots are being led away as prisoners, I don't remember seeing it in the movie.

I also remember dialogue from Saw asking (presumably) Jyn if she kept fighting, what would she become. Didn't hear that dialogue in the movie.

And I may have just missed it amongst all the action, but the scene where the ground rebel troops run out towards the AT-ATs... I don't remember seeing that in the movie. They were definitely in contact with them and fighting them, but I don't remember them running out towards them but I'm not certain about this one.

Also I noticed when the storm troopers were running out to confront the Rebel Ground Troops, the scene had basically been flipped compared to the trailer. In the trailer I think they're running out from right to left, in the movie they're running left to right (don't know why I noticed that in particular but I did).

That's all I can thin of right now. I do have to say I hate when they show things in the trailer that doesn't happen in the movie, it's a general pet peeve of mine (blatant example, the Movie Predators where they show the Adrian Brody character being targeted by multiple Predator lasers but in the movie he's only targeted by one)

There are plenty of things that didn't make it or were totally changed. The part where K-2SO tells Jyn ''the captain says you are a friend. I will not kill you'' and when Jyn says ''I rebel'' were also left out as well as a ton more just check out this trailer and you will see lots of things.

Mon Mothma's dialogue was also changed and correct me if I'm wrong but even after two viewings I really don't remember Chirrut saying ''take hold of this moment.''

Many shots of the first teaser aren't in the finished product. Almost half of that footage isn't in the movie.

Interestingly, in the scene where Chirrut beats all the Stormtroopers with his staff, there is a crashed X-wing in the background. I am not sure if one of the X-wing pilots was from that ship or not. This could imply a much different battle was to take place on Jeddha in the initial shooting but it looked like Saw's rebels had at least one X-wing at the hideout, so it could have crashed during Saw's ambush.

The link isnt working for me...why is it illegal? When teh ads and trailers are made, the movie isnt' necessarily finished so it's always a work in progress, sometimes almost directly leading up to teh day of the release. Does the UK Law not understand that
    ?

The end was restructured. Jyn and Cassian were supposed to do one final charge with the surviving Rebels before the deathstar shoots. It is also the context of Krennic's march through the water. Jyn's standoff against the Tie Fighter has been restructured because it didn't make sense for her to be confronted by a normal tie fighter whilst there were only tie-strikers in the air. The same things still happens, but now with a different fighter, now strafing the walkway instead of just firing.

According to the Collider Jedi Council guys, the TIE scene was cut because it too strongly resembled the moment with Baze shooting the rocket launcher at the AT-ACT.

I don't like when they cut scenes that appeared in the trailers. And some of the cutting out were on cool scenes. What happened with Moroff and the others 2 aliens that we see in the posters??

Will the deleted scenes section on the DVD/Bluray end up longer than the finished film?!
