    WHAT WILL YOU WEAR TO THE OPENING DAY/ NIGHT SHOWING OF TFA?

    Every time I go to an opening night I find myself wearing something (OF COURSE) Star Wars

    Whether I had on my (Halloween) Vader mask when I was 9 years old in the line at Anoka Cinema in Minnesota or ESB, or when I just wore a simple shirt and carried a lightsaber for the opening of TPM in SD.
    I found myself wanting to enjoy the energy, fun and friendship that Star Wars brings.

    Here is what I am wearing, what will you wear?

    I've just introduced my little sister to Star Wars this year and she has gotten so into it that she insists on wearing cosplay (the whole family). So I'll be Han, little sis is gods, little brother is ANH Luke. Dad is Obiwan, Mom is thinking farther Vader.

    If I had an Imperial Red Guard costume (which I'm thinking of getting the helmet, making the robe) I'd certainly wear that. Short of me getting that in time, a classic but somewhat rare SW tshirt. I'd definitely like o cosplay if I'm ready ....

    It's going to be cold out so I will naturally be going as Hoth Leia lol. The costume is low key enough so I won't look too crazy (if I am the only one in costume) but obvious enough for those who know Star Wars. :) I hope there will be snow on the ground to simulate a Hoth-like environment.

    Ahhh see at first I was worried about looking like a weirdo being all dressed up and then I was like "hey I go overboard for my favorite sports teams, and I love Star Wars way more than I love the Cowboys", so I decided just to say screw it and go all out. This is the first Star Wars premiere to come in my adulthood, so I fully understand my passion for the saga and don't give two shits if somebody thinks it's strange that a seemingly normal 21 year old wants to dress up in a costume just this once.
