No, that's the scene in question.
Again though, we know that the MPAA rerated all the PG films in 2005 and they all came back PG. I doubt they would be bumped up now.
Honestly, part of me is wondering if Disney asked for a PG-13 rating like Lucas asked for a PG rating back in 1977.

As for the Nazi parallel, I think you are right in supposing it is just because TFA was much more obvious with the speech and the big show of troops set out to hear it. A lot of the shots of Hux during the speech were definitely modeled on Nazi propaganda. The Empire in OT definitely shares the traits, not accidentally I'm sure, but they were general evil-dictator-traits enough that it mirrored a lot of history and fantasy, not only Hitler's Germany. The prequels definitely mirrored it more with how the Emperor came into power, but probably enough people are not brushed up on their history to see how closely the rise to power sequence was. Or just didn't think that deeply into it, instead angry that Jar Jar put that last nail deep with a hammer. Or mainly took away Padme's "So this is how democracy ends" quote from the whole thing, and took it as a more universal Dark Moment (if you like democracy, anyway).

And thank you, now I have an excuse to like Vader even more!

Oh, okay, thanks for clarifying. I stand by my PG assessment, but see how a skeleton could skew some judgements. Personally I did not get it was a skeleton the first few times I saw it as a kid. Big screen, small detail to my kid eyes, I thought it was just another part of the house smoking. Or maybe our screen was really fuzzy.

It also took me a somewhat embarrassingly long time to realize it, too.

I believe these things would make ANH PG-13 now in todays age.

I wasn't privy to those in room conversations but or likely than not they came to the conclusion that it would be more trouble than it would be worth to reclassify the ratings of those movies. These are still PG, that's not happening if the got reviewed for release today.

Oh Temple of Doom would totally be rerated, but there have been cases of rating changes. Star Trek: The Motion Picture was originally G in 1979, but was later resubmitted and changed to PG in 2001. The first five Star Wars films made were resubmitted (just like TMP) in 2005 (only four years later) and kept their original PG ratings. The MPAA would totally have change the rating if they had thought it was needed.
