    Both Ewok movies I remember enjoying as a child. I only saw the Star Wars HS recently on youtube and BOY, DOES IT SUCK!! You can even tell that the actors themselves are embarassed at some moments. It gets my vote!

    For me I'd say the Star Wars Holiday Special because that made me absolutely HATE the franchise for a good month after that.

    I have yet to see the Ewok movies (despite the fact that I own them on VHS, though that purchase was in this decade, so that should tell you why I haven't watched them), but I have seen The Star Wars Holiday Special.
    That is truly among the worst things I've ever seen. While I do say that the prequels are very bad films and terrible at even the most basic elements of storytelling (and I stand by that), they are watchable. That...how was that ever considered entertainment? Hell, I would rather watch the 1980 crapfest Prom Night...actually, no, I wouldn't go that far. I really hate that film.

    If the Ewok films truly are worse, than I do not want to be forced to watch them.
    No, it's more like 3 (the PT) with him contributing on two others (he had some involvement in the Ewok TV movies, but nowhere near the level he had on the actual films, even Empire and Jedi, which he did not direct). He had zero involvement in The Star Wars Holiday Special as all he did was give it the green light and allowed it to use props and other materials, so I do not blame Lucas for that monstrosity.

    The Holiday special, to be sure. The Ewok movies are for kids, and they are "okay" at best. It's the nostalgia that makes me like them.
    But boy, the Holiday special was like everyone took crack and started filming!

    The Holiday Special is really sucky so it gets my vote. That and the fact that it's very insulting to see many of the same characters from the cantina in ANH and we were led to believe that those guys were totally different dudes.

    Ha Ha dude that human Jabba is indeed creepy! But yeah though I know that those Greedo clones look exactly the same, it's just two guys of the same species dressing the same but what are the odds of all of those clones going to the very same joint at night when the others leave? Now that's crazy!

    I don't understand all the aversion against the Holiday Special. It has a cool and informative animated cartoon that introduced Boba Fett, two seat Y-wing fighters, gave the Rebel officer from Yavin IV a name (General Ristt "Bob Hudsol") etc.

    The Holiday special is definitely the worst, however it has some spectacular so bad its good moments at times.

    A brief cartoon doesn't fix the rest of that disaster. I mean, that was the ONLY part that has ever been given a commercial release since the original airing in 1978 (and that was on the Complete Saga Blu-Ray set).

    The review is wrong, George Lucas had no involvement with the holiday special, he was the producer I believe and that was it. That being said I think the reaction was a bit different too. Hello everyone
