    Fandango is down for me, and my local IMAX theatre apparently missed the memo and doesn't have any R1 tickets for sale (even though they're scheduled to show the film). Awesome.

    Fandango was giving issues so went to movietickets.com. After a couple of hiccups, was able to confirm tickets for IMAX 3D at 7PM on Thursday.

    I got my tickets in the acclaimed Cine1 brand new theater in my city. Gold curtains, curved screen, hundred speaker surround sound, cutting edge projecter, ginormous screen size, tons of seating, reclining seats. It was insane getting them. Theater sold out in 10 minutes.

    That stinks! Good ol' 2D/24fps will always be my preferred viewing method.


    Finally got tickets last night. Took 30 minutes to get through on Fandango for a 2D showing, and I had to FB message my local IMAX about their tickets not being up. They messaged me back about 45 minutes later and put them up. Secured those as well.

    My local theaters are sold out on the first showing of Rogue One. I was planning to see the morning showing on Friday, Dec.16th anyways, so I can Christmas shop afterwards. I am taking my son to see it in IMAX on Sunday Dec. 18th, where AMC is giving away free Rogue One Mini posters. I am so excited to see this film.
