In my case, it seems to be very important how they act after Episode XI. I would take a possible Obi-Wan-Kenobi-movie, of course, because I've waited to long for it, but then...son't know, if i will be interested enough to spend my time with it. Normally, I'm also not very interested in the Solo movie, but as long as there is not more than one SW movie per year, I think, I will watch it, but I'm not sure abut it if they'll go up to second movies a year. I see it at the example of the MCU: Three movies in the year are too much for me, and while now I'm investigated enough, to go the whole part until "Avengers 4", I will pick up the MCU movies I watch harder with the beginning of Phase 4...

Even if Star Wars becomes as normal as a Marvel movie/property, it only matters if they're bad movies. So, to that end why does it matter if there is to much movies? I still remember that time period where all we had was Clone Wars... a kids show. Also, the idea of a new trilogy was crazy to think about.

I can't speak for 'We', only fer me.
    Will I ?
    Nope.

So ... I been thinkin' on this fer a while now.

Solo: SWS is three months and some days away yet, right ?
And SW Rebels has 6 episode comin' in just days. Then that's done.

Waitin' on Ep. IX. A Long while to come yet.
We were just recently told about a new yet to come series of films (the B &W Stories).
Before that, we're told about RJ's new trilogy.
Two of the three of these are only announcements. Ain't one thing even solidly begun yet beyond talk and not gonna be for a good while yet.
And when we do start gettin' any of it there'll be good chunks of time in between ... coz ya know in between it all we'll be clamorin' for news/teasers/trailers, etc.

Been told about a Disney streaming service that's to include LucasFilm works. Still a year (or a Lil' more away) - 365+ days. A year's a good chunk of time.

    There be comics, right ?
What's runnin' just now ? Two meybe three series (my appologies, I don't follow comics) ?
Alright, so that's what, two meybe three issues a month.
No new books just yet. Three weeks til the TLJ Novel. Next Thrawn novel's still four months away.

So ... back around the rest of the circle to the top. Over Saturation ?
Meybe of current announcements we been recently told.

    Yep.
That's yer version of my 1985-1991 "The Dark Times" ... WoW !
I just now realized I went through Two Dark Times ?!?!

Ah, those dark times! It was so dark and devoid of good new Star Wars material, the one was close to like the Dark Horse Comics of the Dark Empire. But luckily, I never fell for it ;)

One could say, we were really under-saturated for sure!

I don't know. I don't know if I will get oversaturated with Star Wars in the near future. And I don't know if the general public will feel the same.
