In you personal opinion, which deleted scenes should have remained in the prequel movies? To me the scenes are:

    The Phantom Menace:
-Anakin's Scuffle with Greedo: I believe this is a good scene because it helps to have a better view of Greedo character.
-Farewell to Jira: when Anakin says goodbye to the old woman and then Qui Gon destroys the droid with his lightsaber. I liked this scene also because the jedi realizes there is someone who is after them.
-Bail Organa of Alderaan: I liked Bail Organa's character and I think I would have appreciated his appearance in The Phantom Menace.

    Attack of the Clones:
-Obi Wan analyzes the poison dart in the lab. I find this scene quite interesting.
-The speech between Jocasta and Obi Wan, where they talk about Dooku and Qui Gon.
-The speech between Obi Wan and Windu regarding Kamino and Anakin.
-Dooku interrogates Padmè & Anakin and Padmè on Trial. After the whole scene in the droid factory.

    Revenge of the Sith:
-The scenes where the senators gather together in order to try to contrast the surge of power of Palpatine.
    -Yoda arrives in Dagobah.

All the deleted scenes are fine, but the one CRUCIAL scene I was heartbroken didn’t make it the final cut was the Mon Mothma meeting in Revenge of the Sith. Honestly, this short scene did two things: 1) it connected Padme to the Rebel Alliance which in turn made her a fighter like her daughter and 2) it showed the origin of the Rebels better than the Rebels show did in 4 seasons.

I agree regarding Mon Mothma. In fact, they shoud have kept the scenes with the senators who try to stop Palpatine within the senat itself. And the willing not to involve the jedi in this case, in fact Padmè is stopped from speaking with any of them. But also Yoda who arrives in Dagobah. Or even Greedo who will turn out to be a criminal.
As per the other deleted scenes, there are some who I personally appreciate that are NOT in the movies. In Attack of the Clones I find the scenes between Anakin and Padmè on Naboo a little bit too long. I think I would have preferred more scenes with Obi Wan or even Anakin and Padmè on Geonosis. Not sure about the killing of Shaak Tia in EP3 but at present I am glad the scene is not in the movie.

Another nice deleted scene in The Phantom Menace is when Anakin returns to Naboo with the spaceship and says something like "I am not gonna get in trouble, am I ?".:D

I really wish there was a cut of the movie that included the entire Rebel Alliance subplot. You can feel it's missing from the movie and it's genuinely the only deleted scenes in the entire saga that I feel would add more to the movies if they were included.

That's actually senator Bail Antilles of Alderaan.
It's a good and important deleted scene, yes, but like most of the ones mentioned in this thread it was cut due to pacing. Revenge of the Sith was already an overstuffed film with so much happening, they had to trim off a little fat. If it's any consolation though, those scenes are considered canon and have been referenced.

Yes, I can understand why some scenes were removed from The Revenge of the Sith, otherwise the movie could be too long and maybe with too much stuff. But what about an extended edition with the extra scenes added? I am glad that the deleted scenes are considered canon.

The one where Ani and Obi make signals as to get out of their situation on the ship. Shows their goofiness and brotherly love.

I really like the one that has Padme’s family. It was great getting to know more about her

I loved that scene it also helps Padme and Ani's relationship progression seem more normal

Imo, the only scenes that really needed to be included were the scenes in RotS revolving around the formation of the Rebel Alliance. Iirc, there's only two of them and they aren't very long. One where Bail, Mon Mothma, and Padme are talking about Palpatine's power and the other where they deliver the signed document to him.

    This scene:

Count Dooku represents the most obvious wasted opportunity of the Prequels.
A multifaceted character, capable of going from great idealistic Jedi, to Lord of the Sith, from affectionate Master to skilled double agent.
In my opinion Christopher Lee should have been the main antagonist of the prequel, a former Jedi who abandoned the Order to enter politics and denounce the corruption of the senate while Palpatine exploited the war to acquire political power and become Emperor.

The scenes which give Anakin credible motivation to decide that all the Jedi, including the younglings and "like a father to me" Obi Wan, are his enemies and that he needs to kill them before they surely kill him.

Allegedly Lucas threw them all out in favour of "emotion", i.e. staring out the window.
