    I voted for Return of the Jedi and Rogue One. RotJ was a fairy tale ending before the Sequel Trilogy, the spiritual and actual triumph of our heroes over the Empire. RO ending is sad, beautiful, brutal and hopeful and it ties wonderfully with A New Hope, the movie that started it all.

    Return of the Jedi for me. So cathartic. You can practically feel the genuine (albeit temporary) relief everyone must have felt with the Empire's collapse. And actually, there's one special edition update I truly don't have a problem with, and that's the Victory Celebration track. It's much better at conveying the celebratory nature of things than Yub Nub, to me, and contributes to the feeling I described (and it's actually written by John Williams - sorry, Yub Nub fans! :D ).

    The ending to The Force Awakens left me the most excited, though.
