    I went for the return of the jedi costume as well, it was fitting his father wore the almost similar costume when turned & it was son who wore something the similar was well when he was redeemed.

    The X-wing and Snowspeeder outfits are fairly different, one being a basic orange jumpsuit with the vest and gear over it and the other consisting of a heavier more cold weather friendly jacket gloves and boots.

    This is my vote, and very cool that you picked up on the connection between the outfits.
    When Luke is wearing that black outfit, with the glove, and tosses his lightsaber aside as he refuses to kill his father, he's like the most kickass young priest evah. (If you were raised a Catholic girl in the 70's, you'd totally get where I'm coming from; if not, which is overwhelmingly more likely, well, he still looks pretty cool).

    I like all of his OT outfits, they were good tailored.
    I prefer his ESB outfit, with the Blaster and Lightsaber, but I have to admit he looks bad ass in black.
