SPECULATION Which of these technologies would HARD to do and worth creating in Star Wars?

I made a short list of stuff that I think would be challenging for a scientist to create in Star Wars but I don’t know if it would definetely be very difficult or even worth creating. Tell me if it would a) Be a challenge and b.) Worth doing?

5.) Bio-building- Basically a building that is “alive” in the fact that it works like a biological system. I know the Yuuzhan Vong could probably do this and I think that was what was in Riptide but I’m not sure.

14.) Gravitational balloon-Completely hollow shell worlds created on a planetary or larger scale by contained gas alone



15.) Coral continent- An entire artificial continent grown by genetically engineered coral

16.) Quarkics- analogous to "electronics", but of course a million times faster and smaller.
