With the recent talk about Rogue One reshoots and pickups (which is typical for blockbusters) what parts do we know from The Force Awakens were reshot after initial filming?

This article from SlashFilm.com, "Why Movie Reshoots Aren’t Necessarily a Bad Sign" has a section that talks about scenes from the TFA reshoot. Look for the section titled "Some of Your Favorite Things in The Force Awakens Were Reshot" down towards the bottom of the first page.
